Horrible company to work with. Shipped the wrong product. When I tried to return it to the store (Northgate) they said they wouldn't refund my $8.99 shipping charge even tho it was their mistake. Then tried to get me to give the wrong item to a family member and pay again for the correct item. Then the clerk said she was not authorized to refund shipping costs b/c the manager didn't give her the authority to do so. Then called her manager who was home on his couch and he said not to give me the shipping back but if I wanted to come back again tomorrow he would process it. Apparently I have nothing better to do with my life than drive around town at finish lines leisure. I left the store thinking this was the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. I finally called the customer service line and they sent me a return label to mail the product back and informed me that the product I originally ordered is now sold out. (You can't make this up) Out of touch business practices, untrained staff and managers that take Sundays off is what you get with Finish line who is now JD Sports. Call your business whatever you want b/c it's not going to help remove the lack of training you allow to run through your company. No other business has ever refused to refund shipping costs when it was their mistake. None! I'll never buy from you again.

Nothing but kids running this location. And their friends hangout there while they're on the clock. It's like a daycare. The girl behind the counter was too busy on a damn phone call, in the middle of ringing me out, to notice that a security tag was left on a shirt. Also, no security alarm when leaving so what's the point. Now I have to wait til after Christmas to have them remove a tag on a gift I got someone for Christmas. This whole mall needs shut down.

Terrible customer service!! My son and I walked in to see the employee with her foot up on a bench, looking at her phone with an airpod in her ear. She did look up to greet us and went back to looking at her phone without asking if we needed any help. We found something to try but had to retrieve the employee to get the shoes, still looking at her phone. She handed us the shoes and walked away. We were the only customers in the store and I saw another employee come out of a door that also did not ask if we needed any help. He just wet over to chat with the female employee, also with an airpod in his ear. Why are these employees in customer service being allowed to do this?
