Not unlike everyone else your prices have gone up of late, however I still believe with the discount coupon I still got value for my dollars. I do wish that there was a paper copy of the complete vehicle inspection with my receipt but that is OK I understand why, and I would have liked a before and after report somewhere of my alignment. Guess I'm still tied to paper as upposed to verbal communication.

Shocked and disappointed to say the least. I was recommended to this place by multiple people, most of the reviews are really great about this location and I’ve heard that the staff are awesome.
However, my truck had been there for 3 days and wasn’t even looked at. I understand weekends can be difficult, but for me to be told 3 separate times that “I’m next to get looked at” and then, “it’ll be in the next 90 minutes, we will give you a call”. I never got that call. My perception would change if they called me just to keep me informed, but that never happened. Understand that I did drop my truck off and did not have an appointment, but looking online there were multiple appointments available throughout the 3 days. I picked up my truck and took my business elsewhere.

Zach was quick with getting my car in and telling me what was wrong. Very helpful, very polite.
Seth was very helpful too. He showed me what was wrong with my car and that it really needed to be fixed soon. 2 really great guys

I explained to the staff at Firestone what the issue was with my car, They did not explain that the issue could not be repaired at Firestone. After the basic and the costly diagnostic that would not go toward any repair, I was charge $160 and given a long list of other repairs that my car needed. The technician then told me that the repair could not be done by Firestone that I would need to take my car to the dealer for repair. From the explanation I gave 2 different technicians. They could have told me that my car could not be repaired at Firestone. That was a rip off and I probably will not use Firestone again or recommend anyone that I know to take their car to Firestone. I'll tell them to avoid the middle man (Firestone) and take their car to the dealer, to avoid a costly diagnostic that will not be taken off the repair bill.

The guys were pretty quick with the work they did on my car. They were cool to talk with they explained everything to me about my issue I was having. Nice guys I'll be back there again. The only thing bad was the cost, it was more than I expected. Thanks guys for the fast speedy service!!

in that place they are scammers, I took my car there to have it checked out and they call me that they did the diagnosis and that it has 3 things to fix, and they gave me the total price $867 and I said okay, and then in the end my car was supposedly fine, and they didn't do a shit to it, they left my car more screwed up than it was, it turns out that the oil is leaking and that was not the problem with my car, they told me it was the thermostat, they never told me anything about the oil, it was obvious because that was not the problem, they moved so many things in the car that they did not know how to do their job, they are supposed to be professionals that is why they charge a lot, we found the engine cover outside what the hell were they supposed to be doing, if you are going to do a diagnosis on the car do it right do not scam people I should read the reviews before taking it there.scammers

They went above and beyond to guide me through the process with patience and professionalism, making everything so easy. A huge thank you as well to the skilled mechanics who worked on my vehicle—their expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. On top of all that, Firestone’s pricing was fantastic, saving me over $1,000 compared to what I was quoted at a Honda service center. I couldn’t be happier with the service and value I received. Highly recommend this team!

Went in to make an appointment to get one tire on my car repair it had screw in it and the manager told me that he would have to drive my car to test to make sure the patch held. I knew from having other tires repaired that this is not done on just tire repairs, he just wanted to drive my car (a 2010 Dodge Challenger RT with the hemi and standard shift transmission) so I took it to the Firestone in Covington KY instead

After my front end alignment Firestone took the slant of my front wheel out and is very much straight up and down. No more uneven tire wear.
