Firestone on Kenwood Road. We had some challenges, but Derek, the manager, did make it right. Firestone is a very reputable organization and they do stand behind their service and products.Thank you for making it right by the customer.

The manager was on target he did his job properly. In mechanics came in and told me what was wrong with my differential making noise. And they checked underneath my vehicle as they took off the tires for rotation. And checked on my fluids battery check and so forth during the coldest time we've had this winter so far. Everything looks good. Having to get new differential put on through Chrysler. Under warranty

Regardless of appointment, it took 5 hours to change my oil… I would go literally anywhere else for basic service.

My Tire Pressure Low light came on during the XMas shopping crush. Couldn't find anywhere to get free air. I found the FIrestone on Fields Ertel Rd, Cincinnati. Brandon was so nice and immediately said I could pull the car up to the first bay. Duane came out, filled my tires and showed me how to turn off the notification light. They were terrific.

BEWARE of scamming women! I brought in my car with brake problems, they called 1 hour later with an estimate of $2100 for brake pads, rotors, and manufacturers mileage suggestions. Brakes alone $1100. I denied service based on the high price. The person on the phone got short and rude to me when I asked them to put the tires back on. I bought parts at Auto Zone for a fraction of the price they were charging. After the first tire was taken off, SURPRISE! The rotors were perfect and shiny, the pads were only 25% used. There was a dead mouse in between the pads and rotors that was causing the brake issues. THEY DID NOT EVEN TAKE MY TIRES OFF TO GIVE ME A BOGUS ESTIMATE. If they in fact did take off the tire, they were lying to me about the repairs. I am choosing to believe they didn't look at the car. I am incredibly offended and feel personally attacked.Guaranteed, if a male brought in the car, they would have:(a) not charged $2100(b) inspected the vehicle(c) scraped off the mouse body themselvesNow I need to take all the parts back for a refund. Please do not support this location in solidarity for women's rights to equitable and fair service. If anyone would like to contact me from Firestone to discuss, I will gladly remove this review, I have had good luck with this location before.

Made appt for an oil change for 10am. Hadn’t heard anything after 5 hours so I called to check status. Was told that I was next and car wasn’t started. 3 hours later (15 minutes till closing) I call again. This time I learn that other vehicles were taken before me, despite my appt, and my car had still not been pulled in. 8.5 hours to do a 30 minute oil change WITH APPOINTMENT is ridiculous!

I stopped in last night after shopping at mens warehouse when my truck threw a check engine code. I leave today to drive my truck about 1000 miles this week and it's never had a check engine light. The young man working at the desk finished helping another guy and was cleaning the displays when I asked him if he could come out and hook his computer up to check the code. He was friendly, courteous and more than happy to help. He gave me an idea of what the issue was, let me know it was not safe to drive long distance and when I told him leaving it or dropping it off wasn't an option he gave me advice on how to fix the problem even though he knew I wouldn't be a paying customer. I was able to fix the issue myself within an hour or so.Glad I stopped in and was able to have somebody so willing to help me out.

Rude, guys in shop walking around like they don't know what to do next. Managers arguing with each other in front of customers. Unreal, won't be back!

I have been having Firestone service for tires, break pads and oil change for the past 5.5 years. Amongst other Firestone places, this place has bad service, because of which I switched to Mason Arbor Square one and have had satisfying experience so far. While I was away, from the country one of my friends took my car for a flat tire and these guys gave a measurement of a really low front and rear break pads, which I didn't beleive. When checked at a different Firestone place, even after a month of driving, the measurements were twice better than what they posted. Different Firestone place, found that they back break pads may need change of breaknpads in a few months or soon but they were good for now. Also, they said the front break pads were good. So where are these guys getting measurements? It's not just one experience. I was made to come back for a change of tires three times for various reasons, including them not having on store, for which I was asked to pay money for transportation of tires form another Firestone. My friend had done a service on his car and these guys said after a few months, it was never done and needs to be changed immediately. After doing the service the second time, within a few months, my friend found his receipt and these guys finally offered to take away 50% off from the second time replacement. They must be joking! Finally, they removed the payment from the second time service they say they did. Did they really do it tge first time or they didn't run the diagnosis, and they failed to enter tge service from the first time. Surely, they should have noticed it while doing it the second time. The manager also gives one or two word answers when inquire about service related doubts and gives an unpleasant look. Despite being farther, I prefer going to Mason, where they do genuine, real work and service in my car. It is sad to see this place go down so quickly.

I have receipts for Brandon new tires purchased from Firestone and the area manager Vicente Ortega told all Firestone in his area not to honor my warranty for system glitch saying serial number on tire didn't match. they stop working on my other car which I spent over 4k on and never took off there lot. they towed my car to junk yard. corporate told my they couldn't believe their area manager would make that decision on new Firestone tires. and did nothing about it. note they emailed me offering me money for the amount I paid to get car out junk yard. I'm going to court to have a real judge place judgement on these actions. I worked as service manager for them 5 years and that area manager told manager around company don't work on my cars anymore while I was still an employee. complete discrimination. see you in court! yes people I'm an educated person 4 year degree and had to resign from the job. I didn't quit and I cursed out the area manager for his discrimination. And they still allowing him to do it while I'm just a customer!
