I had my car towed here late one night after it stalled out on the highway and the team at Firestone was able to fix it the very next day. I felt like they prioritized me and my car which was a great relief, and Will was very communicative along the process. It’s clear a lot of hard work went into my car and I’m grateful they were able to help me out so quickly and efficiently

Had appointment for a Friday, Drop car off on Thursday, just to find out that they did not know it was there. They had me wait to even look at it till Monday. Then after that check engine light was still on. Guy behind counter just shrugged, it off. I will take it some were else.

He offered me a discount if I applied for a Firestone credit card, so I did apply.

I've recently had several tires punctured by nails in my neighborhood. I brought my car in for yet another tire losing air pressure. Instead of just replacing the tire they determined that it could be the valve stem which could be repaired for much lower price. I appreciate the professionalism of finding the root problem rather than just the simple solution of selling me a $250 tire when it was completely unnecessary.

The alignment service was provided at the appointment time and was completed promptly. The service area was clean and uncluttered by tools, tires, etc. as compared to disaray often seen in repair sites. This implies care is taken in repairs as well.

This is my second time using Firestone in Evendale for new tires. It's easy to get an appointment that worked for my schedule and they always do a great job. Would definitely recommend.
