3 hours for an oil change, 3 hours.I took it to valvoline and even sitting behind 2 other people it only took about 30-45 minutes.

We are soooo pleased with this location!! We had a stressful day and had a tire repaired from RnR tires (worst place ever, stay away) anyways, they refused to put it on for us unless we wanted to wait closer to closing time. We drove an hour and 10 min from ky to pick it up on a donut. Safety concerns were rising and I didn't have all the time in the world to wait for their convince when they wanted to put it on. So we went to Firestone walked in the front desk person knew I was stressed and he was happy to help and got us in right away. They were busy with three other vehicles but never let that stop them to help. Took only 10 minutes and we were back on the road. They made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. For now on we will be doing business with them.

I have never had any issues with them. I own a 2022 Toyota Camry and take it in for oil changes and once for a tire rotation. The actual Toyota locations can be a bit of a hassle to schedule and then there are so many other vehicles besides mine that it just gets out of hand there sometimes, so I tried Firestone. They were friendly. The one thing that I kind of frowned upon was that they waited until the very last minute to confirm the online appointment, so I was debating on whether to take it in or not. And they did the tire rotation so quickly that it made me wonder if it was really done. But I never had any issues and there are a lot of potholes that are around the area, so no worries.

I greatly appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection. I know my car is old and falling apart but the person inspecting my car found the reason why my car has been shaking. Unfortunately I can’t afford to fix the problem at Firestone but I appreciate the employee for checking everything.

I showed up with no appointment and asked if they could help me with my coolant problem. Jacob came out and patiently worked to get my car hood open, even though it was broken. Then he worked to add coolant to my car even though it was very close to closing time. The best was when he just smiled and said "no thanks" when I asked him what I owed him. This visit seemed like the good old days when neighborhood car repair guys took the time to fix things right - just because they care!I had another wonderful experience with Daniel. I showed up without an appointment and asked if they could put coolant in my car since the warning light was on. Daniel came out and cheerfully helped me with everything. When he saw that the latch to pull my hood up was broken, he climbed down and worked hard to get it fixed for me. So many other places just used pliers to open it and never took the time to fix it.I wish everywhere else cared as much as Daniel and the guys here at Firestone care!

The Eastgate location is a joke. I schedule an appointment for noon. Got my car up there at 11:30 to get the brakes done on it. I go back there at 12:40 and my truck is still in the parking lot and I said well is it going to be done by two he’s like no we can’t do brakes in an hour. I was like well you had two hours that’s why I made an appointment for 12 so what is the point of making an appointment

if you even have a slightly modified vehicle don’t bother taking it to any firestone stores. person answering the phone wasn’t very friendly and made me feel stupid for even asking if they work on slightly modified vehicles. it’s one thing to say no unfortunately we cannot. it’s another to make someone feel bad for even asking.if you have aftermarket suspension don’t bother even asking. take your business elsewhere.

Poor management. The District Manager (Nick) is a joke. Shady district that they have operating. Something needs to be done! Also the manager Paul is a joke. Very crooked. The Lub Tech Justin is also out of control. Always high on the job.

Made a 2 pm appointment and sat in the waiting room till 3:15 . They hadn't even pulled my car in . I had to get my keys back and leave . So disrespectful IMO & I won't be coming back !

Found a screw in my tire called Firestone the next day they had the tires in stock that I needed for my car and they took the car right in had all new tires on my car within a hr or less very polite ppl, and it was the 1st time I ever been there.
