Extremely disappointed with First Financial Bank’s handling of my credit card. The fraud department repeatedly freezes my card for completely legitimate transactions — even at local places I shop at often. I’ve had to call multiple times to verify purchases and unfreeze the account, only for the card to be frozen again days later. There’s clearly no real fix being implemented, just a temporary patch every time. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable. I can’t trust this card for daily use, and the lack of proactive support from the bank has made the experience exhausting.

The head teller, Debby is very great at her job. You should give her a raise. I changed my rating from "Excellent" to "Poor" because it appears as if they are starting to treat their employees badly. I can't support a company that does that.
