The staff is very helpful and the customer service is great. I've now ordered 2 ECMs for 2 separate vehicles and they have both worked without an issue! The shipping is very fast exactly how they advertise. Their business card is on file for all future ECM orders and needs!

ECM failed on my 05 STS, purchased new one from eBay and got a used one from salvage yard, Flashmasters offered to program both ECMs (two for the price of one!) so I would have a spare back up ECM.
Now this 05 STS 4.6L is running like new! Thanks to the guy at Flashmasters.... Much appreciated!!

1st time ordering, sent vin via email, got a response next day and shipped the next day. Got a little scared cause shipping never updated just showed label created but out of nowhere it arrived at my post office the following week. All in all I got my pcm in exactly 1 week. Jeep runs perfectly!!

Flashmasters are the masters at what they do. Cadillac dealership stated I needed a BCM 7/24, But did not know when they would be able to get one, but I had to place an order for the part. Left me stranded for 5 months before I requested a refund. Did a little research and found Flashmasters. They were able to clone my part in minutes after receiving my original part. I received my part and it was a simple plug n play and my truck was back to normal in seconds. Flashmasters will always be my go to if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great Experience. I ordered GM ECU before 3:00PM ET cutoff, it shipped same day, received it in California in 3 days. Key programming and CKP/CMP correlation easy peasy. Car passed CA SMOG after drive cycle. My customer was HAPPY, and so am I. I am a shop, and will use FLASHMASTERS again.

Yeah no not a good company I paid 139.99$ for my ECM and an additional 85$ for shipping yesterday for it to be here today and guess what nope it won't be I'm told it will be shipped out Monday don't advertise to have it overnighted if you can't do so that's false advertising I needed that part today and am getting screwed on my invoice says Saturday delivery today is Saturday I expect it to be here today not Monday
It does say at check out where it gives three different choices to do for shipping that for orders on Fridays after 5 o’clock, choose air expedited shipping Which is the most expensive so it will be delivered next day Saturday for Saturday deliveries

2011 Chevy traverse. Needed new ecm. It came on time programmed to my vin. Came with key password reprogramming. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this company
