FM towing came to my rescue twice this week. The first time was great as was the second time. My car warranty company, American Auto Shield, found them for me. They were the cheapest around and the most reliable. As well as paying attention to my special requests, as I wasn't on site with them for the second tow this week. Thank you so much for everything!

I called to see if they could possibly help me get my hood open and they was unable to so they didn't charge me for it and so I had to get it towed to the dealership and the owner gave me a great deal on the tow cost and I really Appreciate it!!

This business was very helpful. I tried reaching out to a different towing service and they gave me an hour wait. Once I got in touch with “FM company” they said they will come provide me service even though they were about to close and , the employee stated that he’ll be on his way to me in about 15-20 and came in about 10 minutes and less to me. He was really nice and respectful and his prices are very reasonable compared to other known towing services.

My roadside assistance found them for me, my car wasn’t starting and I needed to be towed. So they contacted me and said they will be out in a hr or less, they came less than the hr. They also was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car issue. Very friendly car ride to the shop. I saved their info and will definitely recommend them to anyone. I truly appreciate the quality of service. I would give more stars if I could life savers!

I have to say this is the best Towing experience I have ever had! Not only did he call me immediately once dispatched, he also said he would call me when he was within 10 minutes. he got to us within 30 minutes of my original phone call to my insurance company. He was very courteous and went over and above to help us! I would recommend them to anyone needing their service. I will definitely use them again and keep their phone number in my contact list! I cannot thank you enough!

The guy who the company is named after showed up and is the absolute man. Best tow truck service I've used. He was there in under 50 minutes giving constant updates on how much longer it would take and better price than the competition. Bends over backwards to help you fast! My go to in Cincy for sure!
