  We got a cute pair of Jordan's for my 8 year old and some forces for my 13 year old. They love them!! We went to 3 other places before here. They didn't have anything in stock that they wanted. I'm so glad Foot Locker was able to assist us in not only finding shoes in there size, but also what they wanted. 💚 Gave 4 stars simply because they didn't have my 13 year Olds 1st pick in stock.

  The 2 stars have nothing to do with the young ladies who work in the store. The manager and her staff were outstanding, and I gave them 5 stars. My 2 stars come from the games Foot Locker is playing with consumers. I ordered online with in-store pickup, for 2 pair of shoes that were $20 each cheaper per shoe in the store. Not to mention the shoes in the store were buy 1 get 1 half off. Which from what I was told is a continuous sale. After I had the manager fix it, I was due back almost $70. In this economy, corporate needs to do better.

  I have a large size shoe as a bigger guy, so I figured this company would have my back. well I will never find out because the gatekeeper of any store, the employee, didn't give a damn to research my question when I called. they just told me no we don't have any in your size. and I said well they always do I am on foot right now on medical leave I cannot drive there if I make a trip there it's going to be a big ordeal I was told that it's not his job to check and see if they have my size that would be too much work to do and that he knows that there are no shoes there in my size. sounded distracted like they were looking at a phone screen. later out of desperation, when I did get there I did find several pairs of shoes that fit me. needless to say I was pretty upset and in disarray. it's further underscoring these thoughts in my mind that the world I know seems to be in trouble that or Western common sense and Western values and Western civilization is indeed coming to an end as we know it. am I being dramatic was the conversation that bad? indeed it was

  Don’t waste your time here. Go to Snipes next door instead. Terrible experience today. Looked at an Adidas shoe and the lady went back to check to see if they had it in my size. She came up to look at it again, then went back. When she finally came to the front of the store she literally ignored us. Normally at Footlocker, they check in the back and let you know. She literally went back there twice then told us nothing. Her and her coworkers were complaining about transfers and other work related activities in front of us, while ignoring us. I will never return to this footlocker. We were nothing but kind to these employees and instead of helping us, they ignored us. They were also arguing about which coworker was the most “ghetto”. All of them were ghetto in my opinion because why the hell are you arguing about that in front of customers. I will be contacting corporate, this is unacceptable.

  The type of shoes they have here are the same as any other footlocker. I got some baby shoes, but the price on the shoe was wrong. When I paid, it cost $9 more, and when I told the worker, they just said it got pricier. I still bought them, and apart from the price mix-up, everything was fine.

  I've been calling this location all day to ask if they had an item in stock. No body answered. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered. You're telling me not one person couldn't pick up the before, after I've been calling the entire day. I don't know who's managing this location but they need to be fired and whoever else who was working here today. Wish I could give you guys zero stars.

  I went to pick up my order today (6/1/23) and they told me they were closed. The time is 6:50pm and they close at 7pm. Unacceptable.

  How in the hell is the store closed 30 minutes before closing?? It’s inconvenient to the customer because not everyone has time to waste. The workers stood looking silly while I recorded them inside the store with a few customers inside locked in at 6:30pm and they close at 7:00pm (update your hours like a decent business). I had to go down the street to children’s foot locker where I did not buy to return a purchase because they have the wrong people holding down the Foot Locker store.
