Employees absolutely horrible, ruined the whole experience. Overcrowded, unorganized, unprofessional, One visit. I literally dealt with eight different employees and had to repeat myself over 20 times for them to still just mess up. Cash register guy didn't know what the heck was going on. Very chaotic.

I Liked their shoe collections and bought one for a 200& but what I didn’t like was the way they treated and me and my friends during our purchase. We were very much eager to buy the Jordans but we were very much disappointed by their behaviour on 31st of DEC 2024. Am so sorry for people who faced the same.

If you would have asked me on Friday I would have said 5 stars HOWEVER after all weekend without receiving any info on my shoes I ordered I came back in found out they ordered the wrong shoes and then didn’t have that shoes that they were supposed to order which I understand the stock isn’t up to them I just would have had them if they ordered the correct shoes in the first place

Went to this foot locker Thursday to get my preschooler a pair of shoes for school and I was treated poorly. Granted they were busy, but not one associate offered or asked if we needed any help.
In order to see if they had my sons size in a certain shoe we had to go to the check out counter to ask this young gentleman that wasn’t doing anything but standing there to check if his size was in stock.
This boy didn’t even make eye contact with us looked at the shoe and said no we don’t have that size. We felt very dismissed. I didn’t run into one friendly employee that day nor did we even get greeted by one.
I’m not going to put my true feelings on why I felt we were treated in this manner at this store, but I will say that management should definitely look into finding employees that treat people equally.
With that being said I won’t be visiting foot locker in kenwood Towne center again!!! Hopefully it’s not like that everyday and if it is I feel bad for the customers that step foot in that place. Not a good way for foot locker to be represented….

I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a pair of shoes at this store. I only wore the shoes once during my vacation and noticed that one shoe was smaller than the other, despite being the same number of size. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I was forced to buy another pair of shoes for the remainder of my trip. Upon my return, I attempted to return the shoes and express my dissatisfaction with the product. However, I was informed by the staff that the shoes had already been worn and therefore, could not be returned. Furthermore, they didn't offer any vouchers or gift certificates to rectify the situation. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience. I waste too much money on a pair of shoes that don't match, and I am unsure of how to proceed with this pair of shoes.

They gave us the pair that different size on each shoe. We tried to exchange it, I tried it on only one time and they said that "we can do nothing with it since you already wore it, I'm sorry!"
Do not buy anything from them because they will not make it right in the first place!

I recently visited foot locker in Kenwood mall in hopes of finding a new pair of shoes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at this establishment.
First and foremost, the wait time was utterly unacceptable. I spent a frustrating 45 minutes manager savannah and employee Patrick was so slow and rude. they have to learn customer service skills.As for the customer service, it was virtually nonexistent. When I finally managed to flag down an employee, they appeared irritated by my presence and lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was unwelcoming and chaotic. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to browse the merchandise, and the lack of organization only added to my frustration.
My experience at Foot locker was nothing short of disappointing. The extensive wait time, coupled with the apathetic attitude of the manager and the poor customer service, has ensured that I will never set foot in this establishment again. I urge others to think twice before patronizing this store, as their disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling.

This about the customer service we just received, which was unacceptable. A young guy with starter dreads or braids was very rude when we asked for additional help on a different size shoe. His response was “I don’t know if we have that size, you’ll just have to look and see for yourself.” All this while waving his hand like he could no longer be bothered. What happen to customer service…? Never coming back to this location.
