Needed to grab a pair of shoes for our daughter
(Typical teenager tells us last minute) online said the store closed at 11 pm we got there at 10:09
There was a employee sitting outside and one came running to the door and told us they was closing early at 10:30, again it was 10:09 she was already locking the doors, we just needed to grab a pair of shoes! the employee said sorry we open at 9 in the morning and walked away
so I take it this is a store that makes the hours up as they go, just locks the doors whenever they feel like it, that’s not a way to run a business.

It's pretty messy if you go in here. There are clothes all over the floor. Shelves are mostly disorganized.
Customers have a responsibility, too, to keep the place tidy.
Only shop here with blinders on.

Someone stole my sisters wallet and they didn’t care or cheap the security cameras I think they were very unprofessional, and it should have took in more for cautions about my sister stolen wallet. They don’t care about other people they just care about getting paid and making jokes about people getting stolen from.

Let me tell you when I say rude that’s what I mean. The older African-American lady that has been working nights and the new little manager that walks around with a bun in her hair that does absolutely nothing I have seen the times they work and the place will look insane. I mean they do nothing they wont help customers and they surely don’t clean up anything. I think her name is Cami or cam something well, they are both completely so disrespectful and rude. I don’t even know how they have a job there. Gabes is such a great place and they most certainly don’t need or want 2 people with such bad attitudes working for them I’m sure. These two so called employees are disrespectful, dishonest, negative people. Neither one will even help you find where the kids clothes are I mean come on! Don’t get me wrong I love the store, the prices all that just not the rude two ladies.

Doesnt have the selection like it used to but the cashiers are very kind and helpful and good prices!!Broke my heart today to see a young cashier crygetting yelled at by a rude customer 😢😭 sometimes rowdy but not the worker faults just the crazy neighborhood..Be safe..customers and workers ❤️

Terrible selection. No food items anymore. Tiktok famous for a recent brawl between customers. Not as it is to be. Dirty. Shoes thrown around. Parking lot is unkempt. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Good deals if you can find them.

I am so upset I'm crying because the Employee if that's what you want to call her Melissa K. is very unprofessional and disrespectful she actually threw my money back in my hand also cursed at myself and my daughter and actually accused my (17 year old )daughter and I of changing the price tag on things when we told her plainly go check your cameras. We would never do something like that. We work hard for our money and She was so nasty to us we were so upset and mind you we spent a lot of money here. My goodness I've never felt so embarrassed and horrified in my life. She needs gone so fast. We will not be returning to Harrison Ohio Gabes until then. I just don’t even know what to say.The only cashiers who are actually there for a job is Liz, and Sarah I mean the rest are absolutely horrible people.
