Bought a used controller. Wanted to verify it was in good condition. Employee said he just tested it. Got home and the joysticks were sticking. Employee was super rude when I returned it. Refused to reissue the $5 used on it despite it being less than an hour since bought.

Walked in to pick up a online order at 224 calhoun street location. Communicated i was picking up order and picture id ready in hand. Gentleman behind register replied "order #"? I didnt have order # as i did not have phone. I responded can you look up with my valid id? His response was " no i need the order #. I communicated i guess ill have to cancel the order then as i had no phone. His response "Ok Cool".Horrible customer service Cool? No, un-cool.

The item I wanted was sold out, but customer service was way much better than six months ago. The clerk was professional and knowledgeable, which made it a pleasant visit on a Saturday afternoon.

Attempting to pick up my instore pick up and there is a hand written note on the door stating closed from 4:30-5:30 for break.... it's 5:38 and still closed and no one answering their phone. There's others waiting as well.

Bought Pokemon Sword Plus after Switch OLED announcement, waited to play, until I got my second switch, found out I received the wrong version from them. Tried to exchange it, or pay the difference for new one. The manager said they couldn't help. Won't come here again. Save yourself money and the headache, go somewhere else.

Stay away these guys lie say they have it so they can hold your cash for days after they lie confirm the order then cancel it when your there to pick it up!!! Then leave ya on hold for over 3 and a half hours for them to tell ya your kid wont be getting his bday gift and you aint getting the money back for a while didnt say anything about this at all on app on web site at store no were
