You can't close business 630 on a Wednesday. That gives someone out of school or coming home from 9 to 5. 2 hours to find a game or locate a controller they might need.It's 1/17/24. What's the deal?

Avoid arrogant jerks and poor customer service and go to the Norwood location - its worth the extra drive.Went in to trade in my two Nintendo Switches to upgrade to an OLED model. I overlooked how dusty the docks were from being unused (because they're freaking Switches) and the employees tried to insist that it wasn't even worth testing and would be a full refurbish because the FANLESS docks had surface dust from sitting unused. Then proceeded to accuse me of trying to "pull one over on them" when I said I could just clean them off and take them to another location for full instore credit.Lo-and-behold I took my consoles to the Norwood location (this time dusted) and they inspected and tested my equipment like normal procedure and I left with my OLED console - NO HASSLE.

Rude, clueless clerk. Terrible customer service. Good selection of games, decent prices, but customer service is so bad I won't return. I'll shop at Anderson or Milford.

Went there tonight and drove 30 minutes, arrived at 8:54pm and the doors were locked and the worker walked away to the back of the store. If you close at 9 then lock the door at 9. Do your job properly and follow procedures.

Rude employee, absurd prices. Although I do prefer not being acknowledged walking in, the individual still didn't acknowledge me after I approached them until I said something even though I made my presence known by intentionally scuffing my feet as I was walking up. They had one earphone in, probably a work related thing. Then they did not acknowledge my question until after about 45 seconds of silence which made me feel like I was wrong and a burden for asking anything.The used copy of the Harry Potter game ended up being only $5 less than it would have been while new even though it didn't even have a case. The only reason I went through with the purchase is to avoid giving money to JK Rowling.Way to go, Michael. While I do understand that you don't control the prices, you do control your attitude. Unacceptable performance. Experiences like this are a leading factor in why GameStop continues to be my last option for purchasing any products.

Purchase two new Xbox One x and the other an s series with headsets and controllers paid for extended warranties 3 months later headset went out went in today to exchange the headset under my warranty representative at the desk refuse to return exchange even swap whatever equipment that I was exchanging and in the long run I walked out with a $40 less in price headset and was told oh sorry but your warranty is no good. And was also told if I didn't like it call the district I told the representative if I walk out of here with $40 something unpaid I go to jail why are you stealing $40 from me so I've been hung up on trying to get the regional manager's number by three different stores Brianna over in Milford some guy in Eastgate another guy down at the Cincinnati location and all in all GameStop is just junk at this point I will never buy another anything from GameStop

If you get a controller make sure you get the warranty so you can walk in and get a brand new one off the shelf when you start having problems. They also let you rebuy the warranty for around 8 dollars so you can repeat the process. Everyone was nice the times I've gone here

Just bought a controller with the warranty today I got home went to work then got home again to use it and the speaker doesn't work neither does the battery/charging port would have liked to see some type of checks done on the controller overall great service just hope tomorrow they can fix it

Location is great I've bought alot of things here and never had any big issues but the old lady there is VERY pushy with warranties, accessories, etc. I'll start taking the extra time to head to the anderson location.

Only place open on Christmas eve.. saved me and my 14 yr old son was thrilled... got discounted t-shirts as well ... the two employees did not act miserable... they were helpful and cheerful. It was last minute shopping (litterally) Gamestop helped save my Xmas ? ??????
