I ordered a refrigerator in early February from Home Depot. I received an install date of March 20. I purchased the refrigerator with an icemaker to replace a refrigerator that had an icemaker. March 20 came, and the contractors who were delivering the appliance could not hook up the refrigerator. They took the refrigerator back and said we needed to have a plumber change a copper line to something else or it would void the warranty. I now have no refrigerator until the contractor company can get a plumber to my house. Home Depot has outsourced the delivery and installation of their appliances, and it's pathetic. I purchased it with an icemaker and I have the water line already installed, but they refused to install the refrigerator. I will probably lose $500 worth of food because I have no refrigerator. Customer service has been horrible. I could not even hire my own plumber because that would also void the warranty. You would think that since they had a month and a half they could've checked ahead of time to make sure I had the correct water line to the appliance, but that makes too much sense.

We ordered this $1000 play set over a month ago. When it was delivered it was destroyed. Box all messed up & boot prints all over the top. The wood was cracked. We refused the delivery & have been waiting for a response from Home Depot on the return. My husband called numerous of times with no answers. So he went up today & asked for a refund. To only be laughed at by females employees as he was extremely frustrated. He explained to the manager that he didn’t want to spend money there unless the can guarantee it wouldn’t come damage again. If we didn’t have gift cards for this play set I would definitely not be buying it there.

This store doesn't value women customers. Repeated experiences of associates ignoring their women customers to help men instead. She spent a half hour trying to get one of the discriminating employees to help her get 2 items that needed a ladder to reach. 8 different employees ignored her or told her they'd page someone for her because they couldn't help. Unacceptable!!!! Dont support this sexist store or the company that allows it.

I went in Friday to get 4 bags of mulch. Parked by the garden center so easy in and easy out. Walked in found a flat bad cart loaded the mulch. Went to checkout and garden center closed their registers and closed the gate. So I had to walk inside trying to push the cart through the store with my kids. It was horrible. 1 lady asked if I needed anything and said yes to check out. She told me I had to walk all the way to the end of the store where the only checkout was. I said a

Home Depot does a good job of having virtually everything you need from a hardware store. I needed a 6 foot length of garden hose. They had multiple options. I would have given 5 stars but I had to find somebody to tell me where they put the hoses. It was outside in their garden center.

We visit this location often. They typically are very helpful and have everything in stock. Rachel in customer service is usually the only unpleasant person. Bill (older gentleman that walks around) is very knowledgeable and we usually seek him out if we need advice on products.

Yesterday I went to Home Depot to get gardening supplies because my landscaper/lawn service can no longer provide service to me because he can never find parking on my street in the very unsafe East Price Hill neighborhood (don’t believe all the propaganda about how nice the neighborhood has become!!!). I was told (a 69 year old female who has heart failure and had just had a interventional pain procedure done on her back that day) that unless I bought more than 20 bags of mulch I had to load the mulch into my vehicle by myself!!! Yeah, I won’t be coming back here for ANYTHING!!

Delivery guys damaged a refrigerator didn’t hook it up or put handles or shelves on . We were told to call a special number and now have to wait 3 weeks for them to deliver a new one. HORRIBLE customer service. I could have purchased this elsewhere and received much BETTER service. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

This place is dog friendly and it smellss like fresh lumber. Some of the stafff know what they are talking about and go out of their way to help. The hardware department sucks though so go to ace hardware if you need anything special.
