I have lived in gaslight for 3.2 years, these are the best people stealing money, never put a Deposit of 1 full month because they will find a way or another, due to their policies, to take that from you. Before I left, the person told me I won't be charged late fee. Then I see I have been charged after 2 weeks where my deposit is taken (1295$) and they want me to pay extra 300 $ for things they claim its there but just way a to make more money.
The manager told me that you if you sent us an email saying you are leaving at set date, I will remove the late fee. I showed her the email, then she said, well you told us but you didn't submit the form. Hence we will charge you late fee, these people are thieves. It felt am speaking to a wall with no empathy that kept demanding to pay the money, sad it turned out this way.

My daughter had a plumbing issue on Wood, CJ came and fixed it and was very helpful, honest, and got the problem fixed! We would love for CJ to be the one who responds every time!

Don't rent from them but I really believe they should inspect the condition of the property. Being a neighbor I have had to call them numerous times to remove garbage from the grounds after giving them the opportunity to clean up. They never do until I call them. I should get paid for these alerts.

Our property was recently purchased by Gaslight. Our property manager Kristina has been great about getting things done. Ray from maintenance came and reglazed my tub. It looks brand new and he left the bathroom exactly as he found it. Ray did a fantastic job.

Gaslight Property's buildings are well-maintained and really nice places to live. The management, maintenance staff, and office personnel are always there to answer any questions you may have.
