I have a 2005 Mazda 3. Almost been a year. Never needed any service with 180,000 miles and counting still runs like a champ love my car. They are very nice and work with you if you get behind. I would buy another one any day. As a matter of fact when my Daughter turns 16 in October that is where she will get her first car!

DONT!! Bought A Vehicle From Here & literally started experiencing problems 2 days later. Check Engine Light came on and the car overheats after driving it for 10-15 minutes. Didn't notice any of these problems during test drive. THE CARS LOOK NICE BUT THEYRE PIECES OF AHIT.

I was in a bind. Only had $900 for a down payment. No credit check. Test drove what was available and drove off the lot within 30 minutes. I've had my Malibu 2 weeks and no problems, runs great!

NOT EVEN IF IT WERE THE LAST DEALERSHIP ON EARTH!! Horrible experience! Two weeks after purchase, the Check Engine Light came on and there was a grinding noise in the front when I turned the car left or right. I took it to a car service place to have diagnostics ran concerning the Check Engine Light. I took the car back to Gateway and explained the diagnostic finding and the noise being heard from the front when making turns. BTW, they do not provide a loaner car while the vehicle is being repaired, so you are inconvenienced further. Get a call a couple days later saying the car is ready. Picked up the car and the problem was not fixed. Also, no paperwork to prove they even worked on the car. When I called to explain this to them, I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. Asked to speak with the owner but he remained unavailable so me and another party took the car back to their shop and spoke with the owner directly about the Check Engine Light and the grinding noise in the front during turns. He was less than friendly but eventually agreed to look at it himself. Had to leave the car again because he was not able to look at it just then. Get a call a few days later saying the car is fixed. Guess what…it's not!!! I have to take the car to another shop and PAY for something that should have been taken care of by Gateway. What are they really selling us?!!! NOT EVEN IF IT WERE THE LAST DEALERSHIP ON EARTH!!

After reading the reviews and then speaking with Gateway I would not recommend going. I have been interested in a vehicle but was told last week that this week it should be ready for them to sell. I called today and a rude lady said it wouldn't be ready for another week or so. That threw up some red flags.
