I had the pleasure of meeting Renee when I came in to get my engagement ring sized. My fiancé worked with her to pick out the most beautiful ring I’ve ever laid my eyes on! It was not just her bubbly personality that won us over; it was her experience, her ability to listen to our wants, and most importantly, her genuine excitement to be part of our journey. I can't say enough about my great experiences at Genesis Diamonds in Kenwood. Not only are their selection of diamonds and fine jewelry second to none (with SO many options at all budgets), but the service before, during and after the sale keeps me referring them to all my friends and relatives! The staff all remember me and I really look forward going in there for routine cleanings and checks. A trip to Genesis is just FUN! Shoutouts to Alyssa and Summer (my ring twin) and all the amazing sales staff. Even the security staff is top notch. FIVE STAR...or more like five large sparkly DIAMONDS from me!

Genesis was recommended to me by a newly married couple. I was impressed by the selection of men’s wedding bands, so that’s were we went to replace my husband’s band. We worked with Renee. Her service was excellent, and I ordered a birthday gift too!

Best customer service at any jewelers ever. Stopped in for their no money down, no interest for 5 years deal for our 30th anniversary. Hannah was amazing. More knowledgeable than anyone I ever dealt with and very transparent. They don't work on commission, so our happiness was priority, not trying to up-sell. Highly recommend. I'll be happy to drive from Columbus to frequent their business it was such a pleasure. Thank you Hannah!

My now fiancée and I went to Genesis for what she believed to be ring browsing. Upon arrival, Renee stepped in to help guide us on what my fiancée was looking for. Renee was incredibly helpful in determining the perfect size, cut, and look for the perfect engagement ring. Little did my fiancée know at the time but I was there to purchase the ring. Renee also hit this out of the park and helped keep it all under wraps. This process came full circle as my fiancée had no idea and was completely surprised when I popped the question.
