If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a scam. If you have insurance covering your vehicle they will make it wait for months just to get the most money out of your insurance as possible for holding fees. The lady at the counter is extremely aggressive and fights you on everything. They will lie to you over and over just to get the most money out of your insurance. My girlfriend had a driver window broken due to vandalism and to replace 1 driver side window they were gonna hold the car for months when we were told they would get the window in 2 days. This company is a lie and will scam your insurance and make your rates sky rocket. Do not go to this company even if your insurance recommends it. They told her they would put the car behind their gate and when we got there it’s in the wide open in a bad part of town with a broken driver window. Anyone could hop in and steal her car and they make you sign a paper that if it’s stolen it’s not their fault. Save your time and never come to this place.

Sent here by USAA. Claimed part of the issues were not related to the impact to my vehicle. Spoke with other who stated that it clearly was. Now I'm having to deal with my insurance to find a competent shop to deal with this and it has been 61 days without my vehicle because Gerber is busy.

Came to this shop due to a rear end collision, and they knocked it out of the park! Not only were they able to seamlessly transfer the job from my insurance company to the other party's insurance, they also came in under the initial estimate and 6 days early on the deadline they set. They were very upfront about everything and gave consistent updates so I always knew what stage of the process my car was in. They also worked seamlessly with the rental company, and were overall incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this shop if you need any kind of body work done, and it feels like I'm driving a new car again!

This shop takes great care of their customers. The general manager and the customer service representative are wonderful. The techs are great too. Definitely a trustworthy place. Very happy with my service. I'd recommend to anyone I know.

No one answers the phone, so then you are switched to their “so-called” Headquarters number, and no one answers there either. I have tried multiple times. So I try to book on-line, but their website doesn’t work, so I can’t book an appointment. I’m beginning to doubt they actually exist.
