The carts are consistently flat, and the backdoor is locked, preventing us from unloading our couch and other heavy items. There are two locked docks at the back that we cannot access. Since it was Monday, there was no one available to assist us. Unfortunately, we ended up wasting money on the U-Haul truck and the helpers, forcing us to rent a storage unit across the street by the home depot.

Disappointing Experience with Arrogant Manager - Peter?
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this storage company, and I must say, the management is simply unacceptable. The regional manager exhibits a level of arrogance that is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to customer service.
Instead of addressing concerns with empathy, they respond with condescension, making me feel undervalued as a customer. The lack of basic courtesy and respect is astounding for someone in a leadership position.
It's clear that this management team doesn't prioritize the needs of their clients, and I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused service. Save your time and money—there are better options available.
The trustee of this company needs to pay attention on what is going on with the manager.

If I could give this place a zero I would. We rented a spot for our 30 ft camper in August. We were initially given a spot that was small so we were not able to park our camper in it. We had to take our camper back home and call management the next day for a new spot. We were given a new spot the next day. We parked our camper in our first month was taken out of our account. We have tried to return back to the unit and the code does not work. We have called management and they cannot find our information in the system yet they are holding our $30,000 camp and have received my payment for August. We were given a new code and we returned and that code did not work as well. We called management back and they said that they could not find any of our information in the system that says that we have a camper there. I have never worked with a more disorganized place. At this point, I'm about to put a chain on my truck and pull the gate open myself. We were not able to leave for our vacation because our camper is stuck on their lot and none of the codes work that they have given us, and we are still waiting for a callback. At this point, I'm about to call the news stations.

Worst customer service ever. It is not weather controlled environment. When I asked why it is 81°F inside the building, they said that is what it is. Rude very rude.

Set up auto pay - they didn’t process my payment and locked us out of the gate on the second of month - called and talked to
Office and they couldn’t help us it was 5:30pm - so we can’t get into do work on trailer because they messed up my auto pay . Then told it could be up to 48 hrs for someone to call me back that I should come in / I said I work! Unbelievable

Overall it’s a good nice quiet clean place to store your items. The only downside is they add on to your bill every month with any fees they can think of. I started off paying $70+ ending after two years paying $100+ so therefore they prices are not locked in.

CHECK THE HOURS OF OPPERATION!!! This is not a 24 hour facility. I found out the hard way. The advertising is so misleading.

I love that the building has security and it's closed at a certain time. Cameras everywhere. And the gentleman working was very nice and helpful

bought a storage unit online and the people that work in the facility removed items before we arrived such as a fridge, a stove, couple boxes and who knows what else. very shady facility and if you plan to store items there id recommend somewhere else. Edit: the guy told us specifically that his boss used old photos from the previous time they had listed the unit for sale so he said "she had to of come in and grabbed some stuff out before losing access" Pictures are all supposed to be taken after the owners lock it cut off so its kind of hard to believe that the stuff was taken out that way supposedly. So ill let you all decide how professional that looks.
