TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- the owner “did not allow an online return in their franchise, and I should try the Kenwood location” 🤯. Are you kidding me??? Too bad it’s GNC POLICY that I can return an item within 30 days to a GNC store whether it’s a franchise or not! Newsflash: Maybe you should follow policy as an owner? 🤔
What a scam saying they could only offer me $16 sale price for my $86 dollar (2 week ago) purchase. And honestly, the me product was unused, and I was purchasing another product in store to try and break even for the store. BIG MISTAKE. I will NEVER BE SHOPPING AT THIS CHEAP/TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE location again, when for real, it’s always been my go-to.
Thank goodness for the corporate representative who I had on the phone simultaneously who ‘made’ the in-store associate refund me due to GNC policy.
SERIOUSLY DO BETTER.

They seem to be price gouging compared to other GNC locations and retailers in general. Some products are at least $10 higher which is absurd. Why take advantage and lose customers? I’d rather support a smaller franchise instead of Amazon or Walmart, but I’m not going to support this GNCs ethics or prices.

After my experience in this store yesterday - I never want to step foot in this store again. I will pay higher prices to not have to on product. I went in to pick up my "in store pick up" order - my fault for not checking to see if it was ready for pick up, but the way I was greeted - I had to say hi, I'm here to pick up my online order" (I used to walk in this store and get greeted right away) As he's walking towards the register with his cellphone or business phone, I can't confirm, but doesn't hang up - keeps the person on the line. His response "we don't have any" which led me to actually check my email to notice, it was only confirmed. I then asked, well can I cancel my online order and just grab what I needed to get. His response "well no, you can't just have protein powder for free" I hesitated for a second, as I'm SHOCKED he just assumes I wouldn't pay?!?!? I said no, I meant, cancel my online order, I could grab my product I want & could you honor with my discount I had online (I'm a rewards member and had like 5 or 10$ off or whatever due to points) He says "No." I walked out and said I'll never do this again. He scoffs. If those are the type of employees you want to have - who lose you $130 orders, extremely poor customer service - I prefer to take my business elsewhere.

I never leave reviews bout it’s 3:36 it’s man and women in store working I barely got greeted I walk around maybe 2 mins looking for pre workout but the service so horrible I walk out no one asked can I help was it something you where looking for I mean god come GNC employees

I'm a regular customer, during Covid price matching stopped because they're family owned but has started again within the last few weeks. Definitely my favorite GNC around the area.

Don’t Go! They used to do price match which was the only reason to go there. They stopped doing it so any product in store you can find cheaper on BodyBuilding.com or most other websites.Happy lifting! ???
