Shaun is the absolute best! Has fit my friend, dad, and myself for clubs. Super patient and insightful and made the fitting experience really enjoyable. I tell everyone I know that it is interested in new clubs to go to him. All the other staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Can't recommend Golf Exchange enough.

I’ve been going to Golf Exchange in Kenwood for years, and it continues to be my go-to shop for anything golf-related. The team is incredibly knowledgeable—whether it’s equipment, technology, or fittings, they know their stuff and always take the time to explain things clearly.
The customer service is top-notch. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping you find what works best for your game.

These guys are the best. Last spring I got fitted for new irons and this spring I got fitted for a new driver. They spent time having me try a variety of clubs and shafts until I found the right fit. I'm hitting the ball farther than I ever have. They also helped both my sons with junior clubs. I will never go anywhere else.

Wow! What a special experience! Liam is a 10 out of 10! My son is a new golfer and Liam was patient, knowledgeable and extremely generous to us. He went above and beyond to make my son’s first set of clubs a memorable experience. I highly recommend this store for new and used clubs…for beginners to experts…..with exceptional customer service! I came a 2nd time years later and John Chambers was exceptional as well. Helped me with my wedges and was honest about what I needed and didn’t need. This place is AMAZING!!!!

Need to upgrade my wedges. Interested in Mizuno T24. They didn't have any demos to swing so salesperson walks away and starts watching TV instead of engaging me regarding what I want to accomplish. I found some for sale on a rack and asked if he could tape them up. He said he didn't know and sent me up front. Guy up front says sure no problem head to the range and we will meet you back there. Guy more interested in watching TV comes over and says "hey just a few swings on these ok?" What? I'm here to spend $600 on 3 wedges. Taking my business elsewhere.

Not impressed. Went in recently and explained I needed a cheaper used set to carry me over until I was ready to make a bigger purchase. Terrible salesman.Basically ignored me, except for when I HAD to bring him the clubs I was interested in TO THE COUNTER he explained to me that 8 irons don't go as far as 5 irons. Really??? Thanks Mr Hogan ! Although I made a 200 dollar purchase that day when I'm ready to spend 1000 or 1500 in a new set in the near future, I won't be spending it here. Shame I'd rather support locals than Amazon.

Shaun is amazing! Just got a new set of irons and a fitting done and I don’t think he could have been anymore friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the game! Fantastic customer service all the way around. I’m am genuinely thrilled with the Experience, and would suggest him to anyone!

Blown away by my personalized golf fitting for new clubs. ⛳️ ?️♂️. Phil, my personal golf assistant was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and informative. Knew just the right clubs that would suit my game. I walked away under budget and over confident. Thanks again to the team at the kenwood/cincinnati golf exchange ?
