Store is nice, clean and organized with a big selection. But advertised as an outlet goodwill like the one in Woodlawn and this is just a store. No bins.

Showed up super excited, it was theirs time visiting for my husband and I. We live about 3 hours away, so this was a big deal for us! It was fun.... till it wasn't! We shopped there for hours, (which is super easy to do and gathered a WHOLE cart full) just to be told their internet was down and no one would be out till tomorrow but if we wanted to come back tomorrow to claim our buggy they would hold it... they said they can't even take cash which we offered and was told no. We had to put basically 3 hours worth of shopping back in bins, and left empty handed as we could not return and do another trip tomorrow. No other options were given and we wasted a whole day for nothing...I'm sure though that the prices are decent when you actually get rung up. I will NOT be back 🙂

They are a legit thrift store. Way better than GreedWill next door and the prices are on point. The cashier is always nice and always willing to help you find what you are looking for.

I had heard for a long time how bad the Cincinnati Goodwill Outlet was, and I visited for the first time earlier this week. Not only was it cleaner and nicer than some of the Goodwill Outlets I’ve been to, I found the people inside shopping to be more friendly. If you want to bad mouth a Goodwill Outlet, please visit Chattanooga’s before you post bad about anywhere else, lol.

Small bins location with some fat pushy woman who thought she owned an entire bin, she was throwing clothes on the floor by my feet that she didn't want.
$1.79/lb for clothes.
Mediocre brands, lots of cheap Chinese clothes.
