Extremely rude. They charged an outrageous price and added more charges that should not have been added. Besides our bad experience, I've heard this is definitely common for this company. I don't recommend their services for anyone.

My disabled brother called 2 wks ago with a flat tire, needing a tow. Can't do it. Too far. Fast forward to today, busted brake line. Called Gray's. Can't do it. Too far. Called back, how far can you take me? Can't do it. Only one person can be with the car. He finds rides for his 2 kids. Calls back. Can't do it, no drivers are available. Gray's is a joke.

I used them a couple of days ago for a wreck I was involved in. The Hamilton County Sheriff called and they were the one up on the rotation that showed up. The tow driver was polite, as was the office manager when I showed up yesterday to get some things from my vehicle, take off my license plates and take some pictures. My car was towed from there by my insurance company. So, that's the last of my interactions with them.

Dead battery on a Sunday. Gray's towing was great. Very friendly and efficient. Was there within 20 minutes. Not real expensive.

Terrible! we had a car that was imponded by the police back in March 2023 and was being held for evidence until October and we recived a letter yesterday saying that we have only 15 days to pay 10 thousand dollars?? Even though we are the leasing company? And Gray's is unwilling to give us more time because "you can't just leave a car to rot" even though we could not get the car out before October because of the police hold???

I've used Grays Towing on two occasions to tow our 2009 Workhorse W42 and it's a big 26 foot rig. Both times they were extremely professional, arrived sooner than anticipated, knowledgeable and thoroughly. They even called when our truck was delivered and explained what do to next. I HIGHLY recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else. They are a local family owned business and it's evident.
