I absolutely love this Great Clips location! The environment is always welcoming and comfortable.! GG is truly a gem at Great Clips! She’s not only talented with haircuts but also incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. Every time I visit, she makes sure I’m comfortable and happy with my haircut. GG goes above and beyond—I wish I could rate her more than 5 stars. She’s the reason I keep coming back!

I've been here a good number of times, seen all the stylists or whatever they're called. Not really a haircut person, but when I decide to go, I want to leave feeling good and satisfied... and they've always been exceptional at that.

I'm upgrading my rating from about 7 years ago. I have been going to the 'new' Great Clips in Oakley (Vandercar Way) for a few years now. My hair is very wavy with a few cowlicks. So, if not cut properly, it looks like a mess until the hair grows back out. I have found the best hair dresser there after a few trial & errors with different stylists at different locations of GC and other salons. Maddie, the very cute redhead there, is so consistent in the way she cuts my hair. Fast & precise! I know my hair will look great after she cuts it. I have been going only to her for a few years now. Came to know today that she lost a few regular clients when she got hitched. 😆😆.
Everybody is so pleasant at this location. I'm sure that everybody else working there is a great hair dresser too, but my hair only behaves in Maddie's hands. 🤷🏽♂️ I would definitely recommend this location of Great Clips!

Service was quick but I asked for a fade and they didn't even come close to fading my hair. It looks terrible. I will not be going there ever again and will not recommend them to anyone

I’m a Great Clips loyalist and have been to several around Cincinnati.
Today was a great experience in Oakley. Tammy was my stylist and you could tell she enjoys her job and cares about what she is doing. Gave me exactly what I asked for and then some. Kudos to Tammy!

First time for me going but I am happy with my hair cut.
Requested style: I showed Ava a picture of how I wanted it cut, and she nailed it. I have never had my hair this short before, but I love it.
Stylist: Ava was my stylist. All I did was so her a picture of what I was wanting and she didn't disappoint me. So I will be going back to see her from now on.

I went there Saturday for a haircut and am still in shock at the way it looks. I’ve never had any issues with the people or how my hair was cut until now. I went in for a simple, short haircut and I have so much gone it’s a wonder I’m not bald! The woman took off WAY too much and I have razor burn on the back of my neck. My hair is nowhere near remotely like the picture I had. I don’t want to leave my apartment! Will definitely not be going back. I had to give 1 star simply because I couldn’t leave it blank.

I asked to get a fade on the sides and they just made it all one length. I won’t be coming here ever again.
