I recently got a haircut here, but unfortunately, it wasn’t up to the mark. The stylist, an elderly lady, provided only an average service. I still left a 20% tip as a courtesy and requested a receipt, but she threw it away and refused to provide one. This left me with a poor impression, as it felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

Checked-in online it was a 3 minute wait when I walked in the doors, wasn't greeted when I walked in. Looked like both employees were busy so I waited for 5 minutes. Someone came in after me, was greeted immediately and taken right away. Turns out there were 3 employees, 2 of them were just playing with each other's hair so it looked like a customer. I preceded to wait still. Then they greet 2 more people immediately turn one away for a long wait and then tell the next person he's up next ahead of me. Terrible way to run a wait-list and greet a customer. I've been to at least 5 great clips in the area. This was a joke and very annoying waste of time.

Last two cuts from here could've been better from children. At least that's how my last to cuts looked, like they were cut by kids without a clue.

Aaron was great! I can’t speak to the other stylists but he provided a fantastic haircut for my partner and put a lot of effort into it. My partner said “that’s the best great clips haircut I’ve ever had” and I’d have to agree :)

Last week I visited this location and had an experience that did not meet my expectations for several reasons. After debating about it for a couple of days, I contacted customer service and explained the situation. Within hours, they reached out and connected me with the site's general manager who asked if I would consider coming back in to make things right.
A few days later I went back and met with Brianna, one of the stylists. As I told her about my previous experience, she listened patiently, was empathetic about the situation, and offered to help. She did a WONDERFUL job, both with making sure the cut met expectations and making sure I felt confident with how I looked when I left!
Not only was the cut exactly what I was looking for, the experience... from contacting the main customer service line, the GM reaching out, and Brianna meeting with me, made the second chance well worth it. I would recommend this location again, simply for the high level of customer service. Thank you again!

I've always received great haircuts at this location. I think I've only checked in online once, but there's really no need to. Even if you're two or three people back, they seem to cut hair quickly, and always have the place adequately staffed.
