Checking in online was easy, the wait wasn't bad for when I went and Dilbara gave me a great haircut at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

I had a great experience at Great Clips in Symmes Township! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out quickly, but they still took the time to make sure my haircut looked just the way I wanted. The stylist listened carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and paid close attention to detail. The salon was clean and well-organized, and check-in through the app made things even smoother. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next cut!

Not happy at all. My hair is long down to my waist. Length cut was good but not even. She did a fast chop before wash. Soap still in my hair. Not throughly brush out after. Didn't dry my hair much, sloppy wet dripping off as she sid she was done. Just felt as if she does not like what she does.

Showed the pic of what I want and got nothing really close to the pic got Mohawk with a point! My hair was 3-4 long in the back said leave it long.. 2 and last time I’ll let them mess my hair up! Very disappointed honestly ferrous.

I tell the lady cutting my hair that I didn't want to talk cut and only trim the sides and she took off half inch on the top. Only reason why I didn't give it a one star because my hair grows back

I went in the afternoon and there was no other customer in sight when I walked in. The two employees were welcoming, very friendly and overall just a great experience.
I believe my stylist was Ebony? Shoutout to you and your coworker! You guys were amazing and you were super helpful with my haircut. I highly recommend this location.
