Everyone is always very nice. Professional. Good for a guy's haircut at a reasonable price. Checking in advance get you in and out quickly.

Absolutely horrendous. The person told me it their first day. My haircut reflects that. I called and they told me that”someone has to start somewhere “. Uh, not on my head if they have no idea what they’re doing. The person never followed the printed instructions or my instructions. I called and the management could care less. No thanks.

There was a misunderstanding of the clip notes and I ended up with a shorter than expected haircut. But my stylist did a good job of fixing it.

This is my go to hair salon for the last decade and I had very good experience so far. Unfortunately my last visit was very poor. My hair stylist did not know how to blend the hair in between two trimmer settings. She asked for help from another person and some how made the other stylist do her work.
