Stayed for 1 day while in the midst of moving. Rooms were okay but service was below average. I was pulling a small trailer and was told over the phone, when I made the reservation, that I couldn't park in the garage but the vallet could park it for a fee. When I arrived, the night vallet told me that she could not park it. She then dirrected me to park it across the street. On our way out the next morning, I found a ticket on my windshield. Staff would not disclose the vallets name and had someone come speak with me. He assured me it would be taken care of and gave me his personal information to contact but nothing was taken care of. I always stay at Hampton but was extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance in the matter.

This location put me on hold or transfered me several times always leaving me waiting and not picking up again. I'm trying to call about a lost item after already staying at your hotel. I am a Hilton Diamond member and can't even get them to talk to me, incredible.

Service and employees were great and very accommodating. Switched rooms because AC did not work, super easy to handle though no problems when telling them about the situation. Valet is rip off, public parking is across the street. No carts to load / unload luggage. Free breakfast is meh.

Jemar in valet services was amazingly nice. Our room had no air condition. Front desk quickly responded and moved us to another room with great working A/C and was an upgrade to our room!

Breakfast is so poor… no bagels, no bananas. Oatmeal taste like somehow very greasy… did someone put a detergent or lard?

Do NOT valet or park in the garage next to the hotel. We stayed 1 night and woke up to our truck window bashed in. The police said there was nothing they could do and that the garage was a common target because there is no security or cameras. At that time, there were several dozen cards that were hit, and the police weren't done canvasing. Why the valet company continues to park cars there knowing that the garage is hit on a regular basis is ridiculous. They should at least warn guests of the potential concern.Room & location were great. Aside from having to drive home in sub-zero temps with a missing window, and no one trying to help or apologize for the situation, my only other complaint would be the elevators. It's great that they require you to use your room key to access the guest floors, but the key card we were given did not work. We also attempted to use our digital key, and that never worked, either. Lots of standing in a tiny elevator trying to get to our room.We had a wonderful visit overall, but that was dampened by the way our trip ended.

Nice room, friendly staff, both the hotel stores were bare, no soda or snacks. I was curious about the story behind the "naked printer" guy in the lobby.Nearby activities: Both the stadiums are close by.

Hotel staff was decent. Lady at the front desks that I dealt with the most was very nice and understanding, but we will never stay there again. Walls in the room were filthy. Elevators and hallways were not in the best shape either. My biggest complaint is the valet. Our car was broken into, car window was busted out. And not only ours but 11 other cars that night. It happened two days prior to our knowledge, no one informed us until we asked for the car when our stay was over. Valet is a 3rd party service the hotel uses so the could not offer up any help. The valet manager JR was not helpful and didn’t seem to care too much just said “sorry this happened all I can is refund your money.” No security for the garage whatsoever. The cops informed us that this specific parking garage is the worst in the area. Over 100Car break ins within the past month alone and this valet service is not being helpful or taking steps to change anything.

I was disappointed with this stay. First thing is parking. You can do valet parking but good luck pulling into the 2 or 3 spots for that, or you can park in one of the parking garages (one is across the street, one is next door) but what they don't tell you is parking is not included and it's $37 a night. The prices that this hotel charge, parking should be included. The room was clean. The location is great. Staff was very friendly.
