Outstanding experience from start to finish! From my initial contact with Austin, to installation planning and scheduling with James, and finally installation by Luke M. and Jacob R. — everything went smoothly and turned out great! I’m very happy with the work. The installation technicians, Luke and Jacob R., were fantastic. They were very responsive to my questions, receptive to my specific requests, and meticulous installing and setting up the equipment. I definitely recommend Hanson for AV, home automation, security cameras, etc.

I would highly recommend Hanson Audio. As a small municipality I reached out to Hanson for advice on how to address a echo problem we experienced after replacing carpet in one of our rental facilities with LVT. What we thought we could handle, we realized there was no way we could have done this work in house with the efficiency and professionalism that Andres Sauceda and Nate Brubaker provided us with. Both gentleman normally work out of Columbus but came to us to help us solve our problem and add style to the Lodge. The building presented challenges with vaulted and tray ceilings as well as some not so perfect walls! It turned out beautiful!

Hanson has been a truly fantastic company for my home AV and automation. My previous AV guy could not handle a large project and was constantly on the phone with customer service trying to work out issues. I ended up firing him and moving to Hanson about 5yra ago and they have been nothing but professionals in their field and great to work with. They are all highly educated, stay on top of new advancements woth home automation and truly know what they’re doing when they work on my house.
Hanson rebuilt my entire system from the ground up, fixed persistent issues, and streamlined my Control4 and Lutron setup with precision. I recently started a project involving some very complex lighting and a custom wine cellar. Andreas and Nate were fantastic to work with and delivered excellent results. For regular service and support, Paul, Rick, and Marquis have been really great, helpful, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled team that knows AV inside and out, I cant recommend Hanson enough.

I had these guys wire my new house about a year and a half ago. Whole AV setup, including a nice home network.
The equipment they chose was good. Install techs were great. But tech support and after sales support is where they leave others in the dust. And in the end it’s what matters most.
Recently I needed some help, and ended up getting responsive, intelligent help. As long as this place has people like Marques running support I will gladly recommend them.

First of all. I want to applaud the team that worked on our project. The sales rep Austin is very knowledgeable and had great ideas. He was patient with me as I’m difficult. I kept changing what we wanted and don’t want. James the project manager is very talented when it comes to the technology and options as far as installation. The techs who did the work Jason and Andy did great work and were extremely helpful in showing us what we had and how to manage it. I highly recommend them for home installation setup. We did a complete setup with ceiling speakers , towers , center , new amp and a great TV. The cabinets they offer are awesome also. I could go on and on. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the whole team and the job they all did. Highly recommended

Outstanding customer service from Benjamin, Sabrina and Austin! I’ve stopped in regularly over the last year while building a home hifi system and always feel welcome - and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The staff has invested dozens of hours in educating me on hifi while also encouraging me to try different gear at home. It’s clear this business places a priority on long term relationships over short term sales - It’s always a pleasure to stop by.

We had the pleasure of having Austin come by our home to give us an evaluation on our home theater audio system. He was very kind very knowledgeable an a excellent person to work with. We feel as though he gave us solid information and spent ample amount of time with us to understand our concerns. I'd highly recommend him. We also had a wonderful experience with Benjamin in the Montgomery store location.

Wonderful experience with Hanson Audio from start to finish. Rick was the lead tech for our job and he was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. We built a new home, and Hanson Audio was one of the only parts of the build that went smoothly. Rick was always happy to make last minute changes and offer advice. Definitely plan to use Hanson Audio for our future Home/Audio needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I had the pleasure of working with Benjamin who was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. I went in to just look at a turntable but decided to go with an upgraded audio streamer. They didn't have any in stock but they took my order it came about two weeks later picked it up from Sabrina (also exceptionally friendly) and now my vintage receiver sounds amazing. I cannot recall the last time I have shopped in a store and been treated this well by an entire staff . They treat you well whether you are spending $500 or over $5000. If you need audio equipment this needs to be your main stop.

Had such a great experience with Seth today! He came to help out with some HDMI plug issues. He provided multiple creative solutions to our problem. He was also super informative and friendly to talk to. I highly recommend Hanson and Seth in particular!

COhatch loves to work with Hanson Audio Video. They know how to quickly trouble shoot your audio/video issues and find solutions. Nate installed Airtames at COhatch Kenwood and was so patient working with our staff setting up our apps. He also provided a solution to get all our monitors on with one push of a single button. Bought a home entertainment system and had it installed. Now they won't return phone calls or messages on their website.
In response to the reply. I would recommend that you check your records again. Several calls were made and a message was sent to the website. High call volume is understandable. But days to return a call is ridiculous. I understand your business decisions and only sought clarification. The frustration you heard came from a lack of quality customer service. Would you consider 2 days to answer a simple question about a product you sold good customer service?
