We normally love Harbor Freight. We go there a lot. Went to the Beechmont Ohio location today ant anround 2:30 pm. and we were looking for a sale item. Couldn’t find it so we went back to the cashier and asked her. A man that worked there, I wish I would have gotten his name, walked back with us and pointed out what we were looking for which was in a hard to see spot. He rolled his eyes and acted like we were stupid. If we go back and he helps us again and acts this way, I will ask to see a manager. I gave them three stars because normally they are great. Today they were not. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. Goes to show you, customer service is important.

Employees were not particularly helpful. They seemed to prefer having their own conversations amongst themselves instead of assisting customers. The actual store is fine but customer service is mediocre.
