I was there for my first time on Wednesday the 10th and I truly enjoyed my visit I've been too many different locations this one was very well set up Eli is the one who took care of me when I got in the back very well-mannered young man explained everything perfectly multiple times he answeredmy questions that I had with no problem I will definitely be back to Zen leaf

Last I visit they closed shop in the early afternoon despite claiming they were open and person who answers the phone the next day gives a poor excuse of “well yeah, sorry sucks.” Just was overall very dismissive and gave no explanation. Now that there’s more shops opening in Cincinnati their competitors offer way better prices and better/friendlier customer service. Ever since then, I haven’t returned to this place.

I bought a Timeless Flip case & Battery (Ohio) and 1 gram cartridge yesterday at your Cincinnati location. These were sold together to me by cannabis advisor # 46863. This is the first time I have used a battery and cartridge combo and expected to be able to use them together correctly. The case will not close correctly with the cartridge. I went back into the dispensary today for help (I thought I was doing something wrong) and was told "it was because the cartridge was 1 gram, but oh the box says 1 gram so it should fit". Then I was told maybe not all cartridges would fit. I think the advisor should receive more training, because why would you sell me a battery & case and a cartridge knowing the cartridge wouldn't fit. The advisor that sold this to me yesterday is the one that was at the front desk and told me this. I paid $28 for the battery & case and am unable to use it correctly. This was my first time at Zen Leaf and I am really disappointed in Zen Leaf and was hoping this would be a better place. I understand you are in the business to make money, but it seems like all that was cared about was a sale even if it wasn't the correct equipment/cartridge.

It's a beautiful place, and everyone was friendly. It was my first time visiting. Please know that you must full out a couple of forms to create a profile before you can order online. I'll bump this up a star maybe after seeing how the online ordering goes.

First of all I just wanna say their check in process is extremely outdated and slow. I don’t know how they go thru their customers bc a lot of people that came in after me have already came and went and I’m still sitting here… it’s literally taking forever like I’m at a doctor appt! Anyone who goes here just know SunnySide and Verilife have a way better process and it’s a lot faster and they go by first come first serve unlike here which I’m not sure why I’m still waiting it makes no sense everyone else is already gone !! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!

Great dispensary menu easy to read. Atm inside. Tender Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable of product and promotions. Definitely going back.

Well first of all they're very slow secondly they have the smallest selection out of all for dispensaries I visit this one was the worst because of the very small selection and the very high prices and that's why I went over to very life today and I got so much more for way way way less money don't go here unless you got money to blow because there's two other dispensaries about 4 miles away from this one on Vine and it's definitely worth the drive and also one more thing I bought a savvy vape and it didn't have a charger option and it went dead a day later with over half my stuff still in it I took it right back up there and they refused to replace it and it was still over half full and because it didn't have a battery port I got scammed out of $30

by far my favorite dispensary in SW Ohio/Cincinnati. You'll always find me here. they have the most flower selections. lately it's been over 200. as of today 9/12/23 it stands at 216 different types of flower. that's crazy. they have deals every day of the week plus random promotional deals. the people there are friendly and legit. they know what they're talking about. they don't just agree with everything you say like most places. yes men. they get you our in a timely manner and unlike a lot of dispensaries they have a super chill waiting room with furniture and music. most places are like an amusement park line after line that takes forever. If I can I always try to go here.

The switchover from Have a Heart to Zen Leaf has seen a lot of unwelcome changes. It's ridiculous that you can't make a reservation outside of business hours when other local dispensaries will allow you to do so, but then again that's probably a moot point because in the last 6 months or so I've had three reservations (look that word up in the dictionary, guys) where when I got to the shop I was told that what I'd selected had been sold to someone else earlier. Compounding these problems is the fact that both their mailing list and their text notifications through Jane have been broken for ages, so you just have to guess when your order is ready. Likewise it's a crapshoot whether you will be able to use a card or not at checkout and AeroPay has likewise been faulty as hell. For something so tightly regulated, so many aspects of the business shouldn't be this janky.Selection is so-so, especially if you're looking at halves and whole ounces. Lots of shake and popcorn at low THC percentages. Junk for lightweights. Honestly, after seeing customer service go so dramatically downhill over the last year I am seriously considering it might be worth a longer drive for a better shop. I had suspected when the shop got bought out by a big conglomerate that bad things were coming and that's largely been the case. It seems like they know they have a captive audience and they stopped trying a long time ago.
