WOW all I can say is wow I've moved so many times and never had an experience like this one!!!! Blue and his crew were beyond unbelievable!! Fast and efficient, didn't waste time at all had my furniture out so fast it looked like a robbery 😂😂 never seen guys handle a baby grand piano like them! I mean it looked like magic no lie!!!! I'll never call anyone ever again!!!!

This company is reliable. The movers do a good job in not damaging any of your furniture. They also move your furniture in a effiecient time frame and listen to your direction. They are affordable.

BOOK THEM!!! They just moved us and They are compassionate, accommodating, understanding and PROFESSIONAL. Stephanie was absolutely AMAZING. She was kind, clear with instructions and was there every step of the way. The Movers were PHENOMENAL!!! Prompt, polite, considerate and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Can't say enough about Hercules Moving, they DESERVE 5 stars! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Unprofessional and unreliable. Confirmed our move several times with Hercules, but on the day of the move, the crew arrived late, did a walk-through, then just drove off without saying anything. We later found out they claimed they didn’t have enough movers—even though all 3 hired movers were there and we had very few items. No communication, no accountability. Would not recommend.

I am ECSTATIC. My husband and I were so nervous we couldn't get anyone to help us move a MANUAL treadmill down to our finished basement. They helped us move an Assault Elite manual treadmill, which is NOT easy to do. I was blown away by Talt & Charles' ability to get that thing in our basement. I am forever grateful. Since they have a 2 hour minimum, I did take advantage and asked them to move a standalone bar, a small children's desk and a microwave, up out of the basement, in to our garage for disposal. AND they moved a table and 4 chairs out of my storage room in to the finished area of my basement where I wanted it. I am SO HAPPY. Thank you Talt and Charles, y'all are amazing.

We had two households to move into a third in the transition of our move. Ron came out to give an estimate and they provided a breakdown within 24 hours. They were less than half of what two other online quotes depicted. I appreciated the in person accuracy and we scheduled them for consecutive weeks. They arrived on time and over delivered! They were incredibly polite, respectful and pleasant. We had nearly the same crew for both moves and that was a bonus. They were fast, careful, organized and worked hard to get us settled in a timely fashion. I’ve used Hercules for several work projects, now for two personal moves and I would highly recommend. Stephanie was great to work with and always very friendly.

DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LIARS!
We scheduled the moving date months in advance and confirmed the address the week prior. The day of moving, we were waiting for the arrival of the truck OUTSIDE of the home 1hr before the 30-min arrival window and for 4 hours after the arrival window.
The help line lady, (Stephanie) said the truck arrived, knocked on the door, tried to call us and did not receive an answer, thus clocking out... TOTAL LIE! The help line lady, Stephanie was rude, did not apologize and blamed us for this issue. She allegedly tried to call other movers to help after their scheduled moves and call back 4 hours later to say she couldn't help with no remorse or apology and had the audacity to request to reschedule for another week.
!DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!

We used Hercules for a move last week. This was a three stop move (load at a storage facility, a house, then moved into a house). The move was set up with Stephanie in the office, she quoted me the price structure, set up a time that they’d arrive, then called the day before the move to confirm. She was always friendly and efficient. T and Charlie showed up right on time at the storage facility, got everything loaded quickly, moved on to our house, loaded that quickly and went to the drop off house and got everything unloaded, put into place in an amazingly short amount of time. There was no wasting time by these two men, they worked non-stop from the moment the truck stopped moving until it was completely unloaded and the paperwork was done. They were friendly, hardworking and efficient. This is the third time we’ve used Hercules, once about 25 years ago, once 2 years ago, and last week. Three different crews, but the same company philosophy and same work ethic by all of the employees. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. I wouldn’t use anyone else for a move in the Cincinnati area. They’re top notch.

Had Hercules scheduled for a move, they came in the house, looked around, said I wasn't ready and they would be back in a bit. They were rearranging their fishing poles in the back of the truck before they took off and never returned. I'm a 62 year old woman, if it weren't for friends and family, I wouldnt have made it to my home that weekend. When I called back, no explanation was given, no apology, nothing.

The team from Hercules Moving and Storage just completed their sixth moving of me, my family, and my business. All have been flawless.
I have a gorgeous ornate wood desk that is a beast; it truly is. They got that out of my basement perfectly today, having gotten it into the basement just 11 years ago.
They are so courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone wanting a professional moving team working together to safely move their precious furniture without nicking it up or damaging it in any way.
They are excellent, and this is the strongest 5 star review I've ever written--so well-deserved!

I frequently refer Hercules to people moving into the senior living community where I work. They are professional, prompt, communicative and competitively priced. You will not be disappointed! Give them a try.
