This place is a bait-and-switch operation.First, when I got there today, the attendant at the desk was engrossed in a conversation with her friend about Tom Cruise - and she stuck with that conversation for 10 minutes before helping any customer.When she finally stopped, I presented my information for the reservation I had made earlier. But, the attendant said they don't have the car I arranged and ALREADY PAID FOR (a normal midsize car). But, they would rent me their largest SUV - for twice as much money. And, they refused to provide any other vehicle - the only option would be to rent something far larger than I needed, for twice what it should be.I told them that I'd be willing to rent it at the contractually agreed price - they refused.This means that, by definition, this is a bait-and-switch operation. And those are illegal.

Received the car with 3/4 tank full, and when I returned the car I was charged to fill it all the way up. At a cost of $10/gallon! Upon disputing this, it turns out the employee at this location documented in the paperwork that it was a full tank even though he verbally told me it was not. Horrible customer service.

I think I understand the reason for some of the bad reviews. I also thought it was closed, but i was at the wrong entrance. The rental part on the other side is open. They mostly have electric cars. It’s my first time driving fully electric cars, so I’ll see how it goes. But, the wait was short, the car seems really nice, and it was the least expensive of the options for what I wanted.

I’ve rented a few times from this location. They often don’t have the exact model available that you reserve, but are very good about trying to upgrade you to something better/nicer when they can. The staff have been professional and courteous

Worst customer service and experience I have ever had renting a car. Well never use again and they hold your money for 10days even when they won't rent you a vehicle.

I rented a car due to a not at fault accident through insurance. First off the day of pickup that was originally at Fairfield, they had a sign on the door stating they were closed and listed Springdale as the backup. I had to coordinate a way to get to this new location last minute. I rented from the Springdale location and was told by the rep ( an African American woman with locs, don’t remember her name) that I would receive a call if my rental extended past 3 days to extend loss waiver coverage. On day 3 when my insurance told me I could use my own personal coverage for the rental and that it would now be extended 2 weeks, I waited for a call that never came. Fast forward to return day, I get billed for the duration of the rental. After making 4 calls total being bounced between customer service and the branch I’m basically told tough luck, it’s nothing they will do. Everyone told me different info. As a mother of 5 children who was inconvenienced enough due to a rear end accident, Hertz furthered the blow by snatching over $200 due to employees incompetence. BEWARE OF WHAT THE REPS TELL YOU WHEN RENTING FROM THESE PLACES!

This is the second time we've had issues with this location specifically. The first time we reserved a specifically make and model of vehicle and when we got there they told us they rented them out and they didn't have any more of that one so we had to get a different one. This time, on a Saturday, we get there for our reservation, and the store is completely closed. Even though it says they are open on Saturdays online. Why even let us make the reservation if you're going to be closed on that day. It's ridiculous and unprofessional, to say the least.

Kendra is amazing. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to rent a car due to booking with a debit card. Once I figured that out she told me the steps to take to reserve the rental with a CC and explained the whole process. There was some hiccups during the call with hertz call center where she even spoke to the rep on the phone to try and come to a resolve with them. Stellar customer service, very friendly and professional, she deserves a raise!!

Booked a reservation for Saturday. They're not open on Saturdays. How about letting Priceline aware of your hours.
