After reserving my vehicle and receiving numerous texts and emails confirming that reservation, I arrived at this location after work to find this sign. Getting a live person on the phone was next to impossible. Once I was able to speak to customer service, I was told that this location is still open (picture and previous posts contradict that statement) and then was advised to go to the airport (the only location open after 6pm) and "see if they'll honor" my reserved price. In view of the previous reviews dating back at least 6 months, it's clear that this has been a problem for a while now and it's disingenuous at best for Hertz to claim it had no knowledge of this problem.With 12 hours remaining before my departure, I was left with renting a vehicle from the airport (from Enterprise this time) which cost me an additional $150 in airport fees & taxes. Simply stated, I will never rent from Hertz again.

Just turned up to pick up a car (paid for and confirmed by email two days ago) - and when I arrived at 8am today there was this sign on the door. Haven't been able to speak to a customer service agent yet. Do NOT rent from Hertz.

Do not rent from here. Tried to rent a car on a Wednesday morning In December. All their computers are down. None of their managers pick up.Terrible service

I have been trying to get refunded $240 from Hertz for over a month now. I dropped my car off on the date that it was due and then Hertz didn’t pick it up from the auto body shop until 10 days later. They then charged for me 10 days that it sat in the parking lot. It has now taken weeks of communicating back and forth with someone and still have not gotten reimbursed. This os ridiculous!

Worst service ever, absolutely unhelpful and rude personal, the car was dirty from the in and outside, and even if you book a special timeslot for the pickup (which we did) you wait at least 30 minutes.

Hello, here to leave a positive rating. At the end of the day people are more likely to leave a review when they have a negative experience. I always feel taken care of at this location. I have rented a car about 10-15 times from this location within the past year. Every car I have received I have no complaints about. I always feel welcomed and like I said taken care of! It has always been an easy process from beginning until end. I’m very understanding when they are busy, they can’t control how busy they can be! I do try to arrive early just in case so I highly suggest you do the same! Please don’t let the negative reviews scare you, it is a good location to rent a car at! All of the employees I have interacted with are respectful and will make sure you taken care of. This place has been reliable to me all in all. I’ll keep renting from this place as long as they’re open!!

I hope upper upper management sees this as my next stop is better business bureau. Long story short, this location according to Hurstborne in Louisville is the one who to the car back when I was sick. I have not heard anything about my valuables that were in the car. No call, I can’t get a hold of anyone, no return emails. My medication is in my bag and other valuables.

Where do I even begin?! The problems started when I arrived at the location at 8:00am, and it was CLOSED! There was a line outside. We were informed by some man that he didn’t have access to computers and for us to return at 9:30. I got back at 9:44 and did not leave until 11:10. After being checked in, I was told he had to go clean the car first. After about 20 minutes he comes back and says the SUV smells too bad to rent and there are no others. Tells me I can choose a bigger SUV or car. I choose a car. There’s no price adjustment for the car class change or anything. He finally brings the car out and it’s FILTHY. Fast forward to returning the car. I get to the office at 2:00pm and the door is locked and there is a note on the door saying to call customer service. Customer service tells me to park the car and leave keys in the drop box. I am naturally apprehensive because this Hertz location (and possibly ALL locations) is completely inept. I record the car’s condition and fuel level and myself leaving the keys. The next morning, my cc is charged AGAIN and AGAIN the next day. Needless to say, I will slander Hertz every chance I get and will never recommend this company to ANYONE.Any positive reviews are absolute LIES!

I can't even begin with the issues that I've had with Hertz.First of all, they won't even know if the car that you reserve is going to be available when you arrive. Second of all, they will take money off of your card all the while, they don't actually accept your card when you go to pick up the car. On top of all of that, you also don't know about a $200 hold that they will be placing on any card.So I've paid for an entire Airbnb that I now cannot get to. Absolutely a wonderful start to my morning. Really very unappreciative of the service in general and customer service from the workers. Don't even waste your time. Pay more for something that is more reliable and you will actually receive the car that you need.

No complaints. The couple running it are efficient and friendly, If you're in a rush I wouldn't suggest it. Often several customers in line and takes a few minutes to get vehicle once they go to retrieve it. Otherwise...highly recommended.

Fire Bunchy the “manager” of this location. How unprofessional can someone be? Firstly the signs make it confusing, are you opened or closed? Secondly he just stared at me when I walked in and did not help me. Waited for 5 minutes until he asked for my name and refused to give alternative solutions to my issues. This location is terrible and should be shut down. Why are we wearing sweats to work?
