Got a rental car during collision repair on one of my cars. This was my first time renting from Hertz. I rented from the store on Old 74 here in Eastern Cincinnati. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and got me out of the store with no delays. I was satisfied with I the Kia Soul. It was clean with about 20k miles on it. I dropped it off a week later the repair shop and Hertz personnel retrieved it later. Very smooth operation with no issues. Other rental companies have given me cars that were totally unacceptable and had to be switched out at considerable inconvenience to me. Hertz has my business.

At time of pick up…. 224.00 OVER OUR RESERVATION QUOTE!!! Let with no choice to pay… had email verify of original quote too!!! Better off taking an Uber from the airport to the closest car rental airport fees they don’t mention on reservation

Becky is sooooo rude she put a $409 smoking fee on my account cause she seen one spec of an ash on the driver side . Now mind you I had the car professionally cleaned! AND I DONT SMOKE!! But I did travel with children is to why I had the car cleaned! She was very nasty with her attitude like noooo customer service professionalism whatsoever!! I would recommend never renting through this place! She tried to charge me $309 for a Camry for three days as well!! Which is absurd! When everywhere else was $150 cheaper for that kind of car. I only asked her to check because we were already renting through them.

Nice safe area in Cincinnati to rent from. Easy access , quick in quick out. Kayla took care of us, was very professional and appreciated our business. Prices were better than others in the area. Quick return too. Recommend it you are needing a rental.

Bad experiences here. This time was the last straw. Prepaid for a full size car and they tried the old bait and switch and tried to give us a Nissan Versa. Cars always sent out FILTHY. Then upon returning when I just filled up the tank they charged me $ 12 for ONE gallon of gas and some trumped up charges for a total of $83 additional. These people are CHEATS and we will never rent from them again.
