We showed up at 9 am to pick our reserved car and unfortunately the store was 25 minutes late opening. We were third in line waiting, so it was a little after 10 when we had our car. I can understand how some would have been very angry, but I understand that sometimes unforeseen things happen.Without asking, we were given a discount on our rate, and our trip had no car related issues.We will definitely use this location again.

Called the Eastgate Office to let them know a car is at our business ready for pickup and no answer when several attempts were made I called customer service 800 number and as I am writing this I have been on hold 10 minutes. I will never recommend Hertz for my customers.

It's just ok. We've rented here multiple times because of car work. Most times, they are pretty quick; but not every time. Out of four cars rented, we got one that hadn't been cleaned. Just ok.

Reserved a car got there to pick it up they said it was not available and offered me another larger vehicle for double the price and wouldn't offer anything except higher prices vehicles. I will never rent from them again. Poor service and the woman at the desk didn't even care.

Horrible service there reservations are not the price they tell you. Wait until you get there to add on a $500 deposit that was now where on their website or mentioned once during our call to make sure our car was still reserved.

Still being charged for a rental returned over a week ago and heaven forbid you try calling them, robo option after robo option; it would be no stars if that were an option. Simply Disgusting.

First rental car was cooler than the second. Both vehicles definitely feel luxurious to someone like me who always drives used vehicles of at least a decade old. I did try to bring that first rental back at the exact time I picked it up. So I had it 12 24 hour periods. Thought that would be 12 days exactly. Nope! They charge by calender days, so remember this when renting from them. Fuel efficient vehicles. Cost me less than 30 dollars to fill the tank on this second vehicle, they were wanting to charge me almost 50.00 to not have to fill it upon returning it. That is definitely a rip off, so fill the tank yourself! The whole tank filling issue was not addressed with my husband on our first rental so the information was not passed along to me when I returned that vehicle minus only a quarter tank I'm sure the rental agency chose to keep our 50 dollar deposit. Staff was very friendly on the upside. Just keep all, these things in mind. I had never rented before and our insurance only would cover 24days. I chose not to use this consecutively and returned the first over the holiday while off work. Hope this has been helpful. ?

First off the branch manager Rebecca Pitts was phenomenal. This process has been going on for me since June. And by no means was it Hertz’ fault. This became an issue back in June when my daughter was hit in her vehicle. We had to wait months for the opposing insurance company to get everything together. In addition it took the The company that was going to fix my daughters vehicle months to get parts in. We had multiple reservations that we had to cancel. And the entire Hertz company made it extremely easy and was very understanding. Once everything was in place he still had an issue with the insurance company and Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. I live and hour away and Lives close to so many rental places but moving forward if I would ever need a rental I will make that hour drive and go to the Eastgate location as the entire staff was completely amazing.

The manager there has the worst attitude from the start and wanted to sell additional unwanted insurance . Walked out and went to enterprise.
