Ordered a part from their website, received an email confirmation of my order. Three days later after not receiving an email that my order had shipped, I sent an email asking for a tracking number. No response. The order showed up yesterday on my doorstep, drop shipped from the company that makes the part. Still no response to my email. Great way to ensure that my first order was also my last.

They got one star because I could not give 0. I was going to have them bob my JT box. Put down a 5k deposit and after 4 months nothing was done and no pics of progress. Had to file dispute with credit card to get my money back. Would not respond to messages or answer phone. Either poorly run shop or staff doesn't care. Will share my story and will not recommend.

Thank you, HighLift for another quality upgrade! After 97k plus miles the front end needed upgrading and boy did you all come through! Complete SteerSmart front end with the Falcon pass-through steering stabilizer and the upgraded Mopar steering box. My JLU Rubicon now steers and tracks tight and true with no bounce or wobble! And the price was right, for sure! Looking forward to getting my Jeep into the rough stuff with the HighLift crew this spring! Thank you all!

Hi-Lift off-road is the place where your Jeep dreams will come true! Whether you’re looking for a rock crawler or a mall crawler, this should be your first and only stop. Most garages will only do what will get your Jeep from point A to point B, but Hi-Lift goes above and beyond in making sure your Jeep will not not only look and perform good on the trail, but also as your daily driver. While Mike and I were discussing the end game, Matt was performing a very detailed inspection to make sure my Jeep wasn’t going to look good in my driveway, but also able to continue running, and running well, for years to come. It’s a project, and I can’t wait for the completion. Thanks H-Lift, see you again soon so I can then see you on the trials!

HighLift sits alone at the top of off-road shops both in knowledge and products/inventory. They are extremely friendly and every single person there loves what they do. They always have the parts or gear I need before I go out on a trail.I have used them for advice on my build and they have always been happy to provide feedback or experience on best products and the best way to build MY rig.The best thing about the HighLift is they cater to every type of rig no matter where you may be in your off-roading path. If you need a V8 installed they have you covered, if you just got your rig and you need your first set of wheels and tires they have everything you need. If you just need an oil change and don't want to pay insane dealership prices they do that too. If you don't know where to start your off-road journey look no further than HighLift Off-Road. 10/10 highly recommend.

Top notch shop with knowledgeable staff. I am very particular on who works on my vehicles and with Mike and his crew - I have nothing to worry about. They designed and installed a 3.5 inch lift kit on my 2020 JT and it rides great on the street and on the trail. I was surprised by how much in stock gear they have in their store. They are my go to for anything off-road!

Best shop in the area. I’ve been using them for over 7 years through multiple builds of my jeep. Always willing to answer questions and consult through many aftermarket options. Can do anything from simple lift kits to full custom jobs and they stand behind their work.

Mike Bailey and his mechanics at Highlift Off-road are extremely professional, honest, and always looking for the best interest of the client. I recommend HighLift Off-road to everyone that wheels in off-road vehicle. I even recommended my boss and Mike totally hooked him up with a full modification on his JKU. One-stop get there soon.

Someone I know recently took a Jeep into shop with a minor wobble. They told her the whole lift was bad and listed every imaginable part as needing to be replaced. Over a $6000 quote for 10+ year old Jeep.The fact that they couldn’t pin point this to a wheel bearing or a bushing but instead it’s the “whole lift” and every other part under the jeep is quite amusing yet sad at the same time.Clearly they were trying to take advantage of someone they knew had little knowledge. Extremely unethical and disgusting

Working with the staff was an amazing experience. Diana was super efficient with the paperwork and Matt, the head mechanic did a fantastic job. We were referred here and I think they did an outstanding job. I won’t go anywhere else at this point. Thanks Mike for making our Jeep, Slimer, look totally SICK!!! I think this was a 5 star rating from start to finish.

So...I order something small on the 7th of Dec. Got a confirmation E-mail so I waited. On the 14th, I get an E-mail that just says they refunded my purchase. Zero explanation of any kind. Just refunded. If you didn't have the darn thing, why did you waste my time selling it to me in the first place? It apparently took an entire week to figure out that they didn't have this? Very poor customer service. Don't waste your time ordering from this company.
