Tried to reach them for few weeks and when finally answered said it’s because holiday week. Called them of my personal cell that has out of state area code since I haven’t changed it and wasn’t even able to speak because he kept repeating we don’t distribute outside of Cincinnati. I said I’m located in West Chester which is 18 minutes away and wouldn’t listen and hung up. They don’t like money I guess lol. If that’s the attitude I don’t know how they are able to work with people.
