The store did not have the necklace thread that I was looking for.
Difficult to find employee to ask questions.
Return process of items purchased was very easy. The customer service rep at the return desk was very eager to help

Although my son and entered the store 40 mins before closing, the employees made us feel none of the less that we didn't belong there. I was shopping for my new place and am currently using transportation services. With that being sai, I had my reusable shopping bags with my previous purchases. I feel they couldhavef been professional enough if it was an issue to ask me to keep them upfront rather than 3 or 4 employees staying within arms reach and during check out an employee kept reaching for items in my bags questioning my previous purchases.

Can't understand why they don't have items that are available online in the store. Seems ridiculous that I need to pay $9.99 shipping or something I should be able to pick up in the store.

Would give it a 5 star if things weren't so expensive. But the employees here are nice and you'll find so many cool decorations and tinkets.

Just went to hobby lobby and got we rang for the incorrect number of throws. I came back in and I was taken care of from the cashier that incorrectly did this.
Before being taken care of a teenage female from a different register felt the need to chime in again I need to bring the items back in.
If i was rang up for 13 items, but only truly bought where do you want me to come up with tv extra 3 items I never even recieved/ bought!
Once again the lady who incorrectly checked us out and took care of us did a good job at this. But the younger teenage worker should learn customer service and etiquette.

Seemed it was a little bigger then pricehill location I usually went to. Moved and I think that this one has a slightly better variety.
