I would recommend a program like, secret shopper, to The Home Depot! The stores very greatly from one location to another. Under performing stores are usually due to under performing management. Like the one in Forest Park Ohio.

Nice workers at the building but when you order something it takes all day when it about 2 stops away they call and cancel on you now it 4 more days thanks a lot for this I will never get anything delivered from you all again I asked for a early delivery but no I get 3 to 7 delivery like last time you all better not screw me over this time I don't give a 3rd chance it better be here by 4

Went in looking for a very specific item. Online said it was available in store. Couldn't find said item and asked an associate, very helpful young lady who took me right to it. Will definitely return!

Garden closed at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Got to walk from one end to the store to the other with dirt mulch etc. Changed my mind from getting 30 bags to six bags for now. I don't get it it's ridiculous, there's multiple people aggravated in there also over garden being closed.

Faith at the customer service desk is RUDE. She mad at me because I did not want to use the pen that was just in her mouth. Rude and nasty because that’s a public pen that everyone has their finger on. Let her go plz we don’t need covid again
