Looking for replacement trampoline springs. Called ahead to make sure they had some in stock. Was told they did. Was even given a price. Showed up at store and was given the run around by multiple associates before being told there were none in stock and had to be ordered.

The aisles are so cluttered and in some cases completely blocked with their carts full of online orders that it’s almost impossible to shop there anymore.

Yo shoutout to Mr. Gregory F. for helping my grandfather out this afternoon. I got a call from my grandad that he had lost his wallet with all his belongings in it, and was literally panicking. I quickly called The Home Depot, and was instantly connected with Mr. Gregory, I'm pretty sure he heard the frustration in my voice lol, but he quickly calmed me down and took my information. As I was calling to cancel his cards, Mr Gregory called me back with in 10 minutes and stated he had found it. I tried to offer to tip him and he would not take it. I hope this finds it way to The Home Depot Corporate, this man is AMAZING and I am truly grateful. Mr Gregory when I come visit Cincy, I will definitely be bringing you a few souvenirs from Las Vegas. Thank you again P.S. To the mamm/ sir who returned the wallet "GOD BLESS YOU". We don't come from a lot and that kind gesture couldn't have made my day any better!!! Thank you

I ordered a washer and dryer paid to have it set up. Well when they got here the vent hose was too short. Ok that's fine. I needed to know what my options were so I called this location. The guy in appliances was rude. His response was he had customers and he couldn't walk over there. Well I didn't even ask him that at all!!! I just needed to know if I could safely make this work. I was on my way to the store. Now I'm going to the colerain location.

If you make an online purchase they refuse to exchange it. When I asked for the policy in writing it clearly says that you can exchange items and nothing about special orders. I bought a light online and it was faulty and this will be the last time I shop at this Home Depot. The people in customer service tried to be as nice as possible but the assistant manager was very rude about the exchange and just tried to over talk me when I was trying to explain the situation.

Home Depot completely messed up an order of pavers that was deliver to our home. We went to the store and hand selected the pavers we needed on 10/8. The pavers were put on a skid and wrapped for delivery to our home. The pavers delivered to our home on 10/15 were completely wrong. We had the pavers returned on 10/23 and we are still fighting with Home Depot to get a refund. It is now 11/2 and no refund yet. It looks like we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Technician was 15 minutes late. Said I should have been given a window. If so, no one called to confirm the appointment this morning. Wasn’t sure he was still coming. Also, technician entered my home without a mask, and didn’t seem to understand that he needed one “the pandemic is slowing down” (his quote).The salesperson, while friendly, was very focused on what was in my garage (two luxury cars), and took a photo of them and sent the photo to a friend. I had to ask him to delete the picture.I have long been skeptical about Home Depot. This experience has done nothing to raise my confidence. I am spending a significant amount of money; I expect better.

A big “thank you” to Deonte in the Garden Dept. He helped me with 20 bags of garden soil and top soil tonight, loading them into my truck like it was no big deal. Great customer service from a polite & helpful Home Depot employee!
