Booked an appointment for a single, simple service.. an oil change.. and was told it would be about an hour. So I decided to just wait in the lobby which was 100 degrees and crowded. So I (luckily) had a friend pick me up. An hour and a half pass so I call to check in because I hadn't heard anything yet. I was told it would be about another 30 minutes. So I showed up at the shop and my car STILL wasn't finished. Meanwhile a person that came in after me was finished before mine???? If you know that your appointments are running THAT FAR BEHIND, please for the love of all is holy call and let the person know. We have lives outside of waiting two hours for an oil change to be completed. Needless to say, the customer service sucks and I would rather go to valvoline from here on out for a simple service like an oil change.

Everyone was very nice here! They took care of my oil change and other services fast and handled with care! My only issue was it was hard to find the entrance to the service center. The main gate for the dealership part was close, so it was hard to get back there being our first time going. Nothing against the great people and service at the location though! I definitely recommend this location for your Honda needs!

The service department is always very nice and the service was relatively quick. I took the van in for an oil change, and I asked them to check an area where I'd run over the curb, and they did it without a charge. My Odyssey will be twenty-one years old in February, and I'm trying to keep it running for many more years.

We drive to Honda East from Columbus for our big purchases for the great customer service we receive here. We are multiple time customers. Big thank you to Weston in sales and Jamie in the finance office through our most recent process of buying our new 2024 Odyssey!

They scheduled my car and got the parts in and the installation was very good. My car is an older SI and I was happy they were able to do the roof molding edges that required glued in clips. It was a 3 hour job and I had to rent a car because my appointment at 1 did not allow enough time but that was OK too. They did offer to reschedule my appointment but I declined. I felt confident when I left with my car they did a quality job and I got to drive a new civic which was nice incase I decide I'd like an automatic Honda civic.

My first experience here was very pleasant and went very smooth. The service was fast and I was out of there after 30-40 minutes. Andrew was the one to help me get checked in for my oil change and he was very nice and professional. I will be coming back in the future.

I had the timing belt replaced on routine maintenance. Honda East provided transportation while the car was serviced, hooked me up with a $100 off coupon, communicated timely through the process, and made sure the experience was as good as possible. Honda East’s service department has never let me down!

This is the place to buy your next car! Worked with Sarah and had a great experience (and left with a fantastic Civic!). We were looking for a car for my daughter and Sarah walked us through everything and wasn’t in a rush (we got there at 5:30 and they were supposed to close at 6:00) and we never felt pressured. They were quick to provide a trade-in value for the current car and present final numbers with no games. Alex took us through the finance piece and was open about options but also was never pushy or in a hurry. After we finished Sarah took time sitting in the car explaining all the cool features to my daughter! Best car buying experience I have had!! Check them out!!

We had an appointment. We arrived on time and pulled into the service garage. They took us immediately. We waited in their waiting area (wish they had a quiet tv!) and read. Our car was finished even more quickly than promised and we were on our way.

Visited Honda East Cincinnati last week. I spoke with Leo from Honda East and took rest drive of 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid. Found Leo very nice sales guy, his strength is making customer feel comfortable and confident about a purchase decision. Leo knows his business really well and was able to satisfy all the questions and doubts I had. I would definitely recommend Honda East Cincinnati to anyone looking for a new ride.

Service was taken care of just fine and it's the first time I used the free shuttle, which is really great. My only complaint is with setting up the service - it seems like service everywhere used to be more specific as to what you're supposed to be getting and now it's confusing. And the prices are high, but that seems to be the norm everywhere these days.But everyone there was friendly and helpful. It was an overall good experience.

My AC was not working properly. I took my vehicle to a small auto repair shop last summer. They said that there was a leak somewhere but they should not find it… filled it with refrigerant and it worked until this summer. I made an appointment recently with Honda Service fully expecting the same results. What a pleasure it was to work with them! They immediately said that there was extended warranty on some AC parts… They checked and sure enough my vehicle was covered. After informing me it would take at least 3 hours, they replaced several parts and repaired it in the expected timeframe, checking on me and keeping me informed as they worked. The cost to me was $0. (Not even the problem diagnosis fee!) And my air conditioning is working great now. I will not take this Honda Civic or any new vehicle anywhere else…ever! Thank you!
