Harriet was horrible to work with, She made wildly inappropriate comments the entire time, and when i knew something didn’t seem right I got a second opinion from an actual accountant to find out that she messed up so bad that we have to file an amendment and will be getting twice the refund that she thought.DO NOT GO HERE JUST FIND A LOCAL CPA

I sent my documents through my hnr block account almost 5 days ago and no email no call nothing about my taxes at all I have been calling and calling to reach someone and no one is ever available this HnR block is horrible.
