I filed online and had a professional look over it. Somewhere along the lines, two numbers on my account got switched. I finally got my refund a month later after fighting for it through my bank and hr block. Hr block finally paid it. But the experience was a nightmare at best. You get transferred to an off shore call center and told several different things. Long story short if a mistake happens, there is no peace of mind like they advertise and corporate makes you feel like they are doing you a favor to give you the money that you earned. Going elsewhere next year's.
I'm sure the people at this location are great.

My tax professional Lyndell Penwell was patient to answer my questions. She worked quickly and asked questions of me to ensure I understood my options. Lyn's knowledge and experience are evident in the way she works. Even on this last Tax Day evening, she had a warm smile and very pleasant demeanor, and answers, even for her less experienced colleagues.
