Have been trying for 2 weeks now to setup an appointment online, even talked to the 800 number and rescheduled. And every time they've moved my appointment time to a date I'm not available.

Twyla Fadley was fantastic. Stepped up to help my wife and I with our appointment as soon as she heard our initial Tax "professional" didn't show up for our 12pm meeting. This was the second year in a row that Dennis Wile no showed for our scheduled meeting at the Eastgate location. After the first year I made sure to send my papers in ahead of time and clarify that we were physically meeting in the office at our set time but even so, he did not show for our confirmed time. I recommend anyone else in this office BUT Dennis. H&R Block is fantastic... if you have the right tax "professional" and they're actually that. Professional.

I come back each year because I know that Karen Moser will do the best job that is beneficial for me. I would have to say that all the years I known her she always treated me very well. Even if I a lot of things to write off she always looks for best returns.
