Robert and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me in several ways. From help setting up accounts to coming in when they are scheduled off to make sure things are easier on me. They are all very helpful.

Uneducated staff. I asked if there was a phone number to order a new debit card so I don’t have to go into the store and she said no. But in fact there is. I’m really questioning why ariel wouldn’t know this information. This false info would really make it hard for someone without a drivers license to obtain a new card thinking they couldn’t order over the phone.

Rarely am I one to leave reviews, and this review does not go to the entirety of Huntington Bank or the majority of the staff at this location. However, to the older, female bank teller who works there. On many occasions, she has been incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me. Today, was the last straw. I went to the bank and decided to go through the drive-thru, as my dogs were in the car. Instead of greeting me politely, she instead rudely complains that I didn’t come inside for my deposit (while my dogs are clearly visible). This might seem minor, but after many bad experiences with this teller, I am not sure I will return to this location.

I went into Huntington bank on Five Mile rd to open my daughter her first bank account. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. Not sure why she is in customer service. First thing she said was it’s going to be awhile. Then she said my daughter needed to be with me. To set up a savings account?? We told her we just needed an account with direct deposit. She asked if My daughter had her ID. I told her I had her birth certificate and her Social Security card. She was not helpful whatsoever informing me what I needed to do. Instead she just stared at me like I had three heads. Obviously I had not done this before. I will not be using this bank.

Awful. They refuse to apply payments in accordance with Reg Z. They ignore requests for itemizations They misapply payments They attempt to collect on false debts their system creates They force you to file CFPB complaints to respond, and then they dont resolve the issues Kelly, in the escrow department hung up on me for asking about my escrow Brooke Veeneburg ignores emails Sue Roberts in the Executive VP office is nasty. NASTY The whole company should be audited If I could force them to sell my mortgage I would No way would I ever open up a checking or savings account with them They are the absolute worst.

I received a car loan through Huntington and their online loan payback system is awful. I then used their automated phone call payment and that doesn’t work either now. I’ve spoken to many people at their headquarters in Columbus Ohio and receive horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend the Huntington brand to anyone and only gave them one star because zero wasn’t an option.

I don’t like this specific bank. Especially one of the banker over here. She makes it every hard every time I make deposits. She wants me to unfold my cash and know the amounts. I can understand why she wants that but every banks that I go to never ask me that. I will never use this bank ever again. Waste of time not helpful.

The branch manager mislead me and doesn't even know his own promotions. If the leadership doesn't even know then the whole place is not trustworthy

Went in to open a CD on a promotional offer APR that expires on 12-31-2018 - Told computers are not working just need to come back before 12-31-2018 - What if I was trying to get my money out? I guess I couldn't - Companies have gotten lazy about customer service - How did people open up a CD before computers - I would never open up a personal or business account here because their employees can't think outside the box

Incompetent staff, misinformation on the phone system not to mention a lack of information. Simply awful. Don't use this bank. Wish I had listened to my intuition about not banking here.

They've put my check (car payment) into someone else's account before. Be sure to get a receipt of the transaction and double check the account that they put your money in. If you have a loan through them, just link the account to your bank online and pay that way.

They deposited my check into another person's bank account. Even with my debit card in hand. I consider this a very big mistake and there was very little remorse or timely solution. I was made to wait and made to feel as though the solution would take quite a bit of time. This was a very careless mistake made with my money.

Fantastic experience. I moved to a new area and had to switch from a small local bank. I was afraid of getting lost in the mix of a large bank, but dealing with Huntington has been terrific.
