I really enjoy Huntington Bank. I have been with them for years and have always had a good experience. The tellers are friendly and helpful and although hough I have had to wait on occasion it has not been an excessive length.

Huntington Bank is one of the best banks in the Greater Cincinnati and Columbus areas. Having lived in both Columbus and Cincinnati, we have found their customer service, professionalism, and genuine interest in their customers to be consistent, fair, and reasonable. We have been banking with Huntington National Bank for over 20 years and can't imagine ever needing to change. Like their fun commercials convey, "they aren't those other banks, they're Huntington....Welcome."

This location is rather unprofessional and not very friendly. I have witnessed twice this location treating their customers like a criminal. I had a black friend that had to go to another location to get a transaction done because this location refused to do it. Then today they were gossiping in front of quite a few customers about another customer trying to cash a bad check. If someone wrote me a check I had no idea had insufficient funds, I would not want them gossiping about it after I left the building. They need to get a staff of adults/ professionals.

I was in this bank today trying to withdraw money and it took twice as long than what it should have. Siara (my teller) was so worried about Danielle (who was helping the gentleman next to me). I'm surprised she gave me the right amount of money because her eyes and ears were on them the whole time. Apparently the gentleman was trying to cash a bad check. These girls are acting excited about it when it was likely an honest mistake because he probably did not know. Anyway, they were blabbing their mouths in front of the other customers about the bad check and that gentleman. It made me feel uncomfortable and it was so unprofessional. I can't stand this location they must need new management. I should call corporate on this.
