Slowest bank ever to withdrawal money from. Arrived at 2:20 only me and another vehicle in line they left they took my slip and ID and there was only one other person in the bank and I didn’t get my money until 2:40. Misplaced my but hate seeing the tellers

I can definitely understand why this branch is rated 2 stars. Tracy was absolutely awful to deal with. She refused to take my government issued temporary paper ID because it was issued more than 10 days ago. I felt like she just didn’t want to help at all. I asked to see the policy where my government issued paper ID was not an acceptable form, and she said “it’s not written anywhere”. She finally “made an exception” when I asked for the branch manager. I asked for large bills, and issued me $50s and $20s because she “doesn’t carry large bills here”. Sighed at me and rolled her eyes when I made her count the cash for me and gave me a hard time about wanting a money envelope for it all. I asked her for a transaction receipt and she refused to give one to me. Finally spoke with David, the branch manager, who was a delight to talk to and did inform me that none of that should have happened. I will only work with David now.

So far no issues. Amber is very nice, I’m a new account holder but so far everything is fine.

Terrible service, staff member didnt know anything about the policies they have and i was told she couldn't refer me to anyone who does know. Most Huntingtons are usually very helpful but tracy the white lady with big ears was very rude.

This is the WORST branch I ever go to. They are never helpful and give you the HARDEST time as a customer of the bank. I’ve NEVER in my life had to deal with such unprofessional, not helpful, go out of their way to make your transaction difficult. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH SAME YOUR TIME AND GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH other branches won’t make you go through what they do. Trust me it’s not Huntington regulation at all.

The manager David is outgoing and professional. He is always willing to ensure the customer experience is a good one. The Banker Amber is professional and very good at her job. Her follow through is great. The tellers are always friendly and prompt especially through the drive thru.

Was looking to switch banks and was helped out tremendously by their banker, Amber. She quickly and smoothly set up an account, set up online banking, and much more. She was patient and friendly when explaining all the different options. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I will never go to this Huntington again. Everytime I go it's a bad experience. No wonder this location has horrible reviews. Nobody there is professional.

I have been with Huntington bank for over 10 years. I loved it until my account got hacked while they investigated it my account was on hold. so after it was clear I Then made the same deposit i have made twice a month for 10 years a payroll check. They froze my account i could not even access my account online , they said it was because they couldn't see the all the numbers on the check (lie) and that they was waiting for it to clear the bank it was written off of . When i called for the 6th time after the 14th day again the young girls said that the fraud department has the hold and forgot to release it ... then they released it my bank card was declined everywhere..oh yea because they forgot to release that too so if some one steals your money from the account you have there they truly just investigate you and make our life as inconvenient as possible.

Ive switched banks so many times due to moving so much but I thought Huntington was it....ITS NOT! Im so over them. There was this one guy in there, I wish I knew his name but he looked miserable in there but he was the nicest one out of all of them. ( White guy short hair) But now I get all these back and forth with oh today we can cash your check then it's today we can't cash your check. There's nothing ever set in stone here and it's annoying. And don't get me started on the ATM. I've had 2 previous banks (due to moving) and never have I ever had so many issues with the ATM. I work from 7am to 11pm ( i own a daycare) so I can't make it to the bank during daytime hours so the ATM is my go to. I've had to file so many complaints because the ATM is either offline, or not accepting deposits or I can't take money out. Majority of the time it's not functioning properly. This branch or maybe bank needs a redo. Over it!!

Worst and the most UNPROFESSIONAL banking experience ever!!! Branch manager Christopher McKieman on the Northland location refused to cash my work check which he did the previous 9 months because of a lack of SS card. My drivers license and 2 debit cards and knowing me and the company I work for was not good enough. Could not explain why and called my employer and told them I did not like our HR manager....really? Is this middle school? Christopher McKieman is pathetic and needs to grow up. Would not recommend anyone use this branch.

9/7/17 I have now waited over 30 minutes in the freaking drive thru .. this is the worst slowest moving bank I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my entire 51 years of life... make that 45 minutes now 😡

I went into your northland location yesterday to roll over my GE Aircraft pension. While depositing money I ask the teller if I could speaker with a banker. The teller replied maybe I can help. I said I think I'm interested in a CD or a IRA. The manager Chris dismissed her to retrieve something from the back and replied he can help me. Mind you there were zero customers behind me and 3 tellers working the counter. The managers name was Chris Mc something he started asking me questions aloud in the lobby. Is it a live check what are you looking for. I suggested we go to his office he gestured to me it's either here at the counter or no where. Check your video he never said have a seat I'll be right with you. He just dismissed me and blew me off. Don't under estimate your customers. I didn't have a head wrap on because I was Muslim I had the head wrap on because I was having a bad hair day complaint number 0043103???

Russ along with the rest of the staff here is great! Awesome, friendly service every day. I go out of my way to visit this branch whenever possible.
