Great location for a Bengals game. Walking distance to both the Bengals and Reds stadium. Hotel was nice but a little dated. Hotel staff were very nice. I would definitely stay again. Location was amazing.

My husband and I stayed at the hyatt in downtown Cincinnati for a small honeymoon. When booking our stay I noted it was our honeymoon. We booked a 1 king bed deluxe. In the room details stated online the hyatt advertised plush robes. My total was $381. When reaching the hyatt, the room given to us may have been a little bit larger, but it only contained 1 small arm chair and a lot of empty space. The only reason we booked the room was because of the advertised robes. Please also note that I in advanced called the hotel to make sure those robes would be available to us when we arrived. Also, in the help icon on the app, the assistant made sure the robes would be available and documented on my account and it still did not happen. The robes were not received and we were told that none were available... Please be advised this hotel claims to be a luxury hotel. Although, we had a negative time with our room, we do want to make an exception for the staff. They were wonderfully accommodating and a pleasure to work with!

Just a shoutout to the staff here for making us feel so welcome.
I had an issue with an off property business that I was talking to an employee about at the front desk and she offered to make it right even though it had nothing to do with the hotel and was a very sweet gesture that you don’t see very much in hospitality. I didn’t catch her name but I assume she was a manager on the evening of 12/19. Anyways thanks again, this is a great hotel with great staff.

Nice hotel, cool points for giving me a room on the top floor even though I booked 3rd party. Fast check in front desk guy seemed nice. Pretty Decent view & Room is clean and comfy, up to standard, not run down at all like some reviews say. maybe I got lucky. Shower pressure is good, just found a small moth in the bathroom no big deal. Deposit was $50. Valet $40 (didn’t use). Food closes at 10pm. No smart TV no microwave. Deducting 1 star because it’s 20 degrees outside and the room won’t get warm enough even though thermostat is on 90 degrees all night. Most hyatts ACs are centrally controlled from my experience. I will just run the shower until the room warms up. Overall good stay so far. Will update if something comes up.

An amazing stay. Great rooms, fantastic amenities, close to the downtown core, the river, and bridges to Newport.
Would easily stay again next time in in Cincy.

Everything was great except the room and the pile of dirty towels piled outside our door when we arrived. The room was a mess with excessive exposed wiring between the beds, outdated tv, the bathroom sink was obviously previously mounted on the floor as you can still see where it was. Very outdated bathrooms with ZERO counter space, fracture was old and in awful shape. Not worth the $$$$ for the surrounding options with the same price (pictures included)
Rooms: Very outdated with old, dirty, holy furniture and same with bathrooms pictures in review

Nice hotel in the center of town. Walking distance to the Cleveland Browns football stadium and across the street from the convention center which is being rebuilt.

I came to town for my birthday with my friends. Elle at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond. The customer service here is outstanding. No complaints about the room and great location with plenty of places to walk to. We will definitely be back!

This hotel was up to Hyatt’s standards. It is a giant building that stands out along the Cincinnati skyline. Unfortunately, there is no free breakfast but tons of food choices in the city regardless. Rooms are what you would expect. Although the view from my room was a bit bland. There is a large parking lot across the street so parking is easy.
Walkability: Can walk to the Ohio river from this hotel.

I would of given this place 6 stars if they would of had a pet relief area for service animals. Even though this hotel is not pet friendly it does allow service animals and I had to walk over 3 city clocks at night and day to get to an area for my service dog to relieve herself. It was not safe to walk.
Rooms: Clean
Safety: Walking to a pet relief area for my service animal was not safe as I had to walk over 3 city blocks for any grass area.

Came for a company retreat and everything was wonderful except for the catered meal the first night. The chicken and rice was so salty. But anyway, the desk staff that checked me in was pleasant and personable. All of the other meals were good. The temp control was good (I find that conference rooms at hotels are usually hot). The valet staff did a great job with all of us getting out & wanting to go home at the same time. The housekeeping staff checked on me even though I kept the do not disturb on because I don't like my stuff being out around ppl when I'm not there. It was a little rough getting in the day we started but it moved relatively quickly. If I had to give one area of improvement would be early check in. I called the day before to see if I could check in before 4 and they said I would have to call 2 hrs ahead on the day of check in to see. Well I live about 2 hours exactly from the hotel so I didn't want to risk it.

Staff friendly and helpful rooms clean only grip the tea and coffee in room no milk the water takes a age to warm up for the shower breakfast was nice and plenty

I have stayed twice in this hotel for business. It’s a decent hotel for the price but the customer service was not great the second time. Some of the rooms are outdated so make sure you get the renovated rooms
