Stopped in today with my daughter. I sold some cards and bought a hobby box for me and some Pokémon cards for her. From the start they were nothing but beyond nice! They are kid friendly which I didn’t expect, but as a parent was very grateful for! I can’t say enough about them and the store! The prices are very very reasonable too! I will be only buying and selling to them from now on!

IF YOU VALUE RESPECT AND DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It was a Complete waste of time and a horrible experience! The employee that checked the gold and coins didn't even take a good look at anything. He couldn't even give us the time and respect we deserved as customers to provide any actual assistance. He took one look at our gold item and said no that's not real, we asked if it could be gold plated and he said I don't know it could be?! Which makes zero sense. Then he skimmed through our coins as we continued to point out the rare ones because he refused to do his job and a inspect them in anyway and informed us that they would be worth no more than $10. As we walked out we felt completely disregarded and we felt it important toshare with others to expect nothing more than to be
spoken to as if this guy knows everything and we as customers are just nobodies whose time and items are worthless. THAT BEING SAID THE OTHER GENTLEMAN AT LEAST STOPPED AND LOOKED US IN THE EYE AND TOOK HIS TIME ASKING WHAT WE NEEDED. NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN! Yet the entire experience was extremely rushed by both;

Best card shop in Cinci. Friendly and knowledgable customer service. Great for younger collectors to learn. Been going there with my son for years. You could spend 10 bucks or ten grand and be absolutely elated every time. ALWAYS NEW INVENTORY!!

The store is ok they have a ton of stuff some really good stuff too. The only problem is on Google is say they are open from 10-7 mon-fri 10-4 Saturday and closed Sunday when it's not true at all. Drove out there multiple times just for it to be close HOURS before the sign says. That's so frustrating. I'd understand if it was like an hour before closing but 3-4 hours before it's crazy.
